In the heart of Costa Blanca, between the sea and mountains you will find Villa Enri boutique holiday home

Located in the picturesc country town of Parcent in the Valley of Pop close to the coast and other small towns, ideal for a relaxing holiday experience.

The finca of 3500m2 has extensive gardens with palms, fruit trees, large grassed areas, pool and jacuzzi.

The Villa of 300m2 comprises of split level lounge and dining, fully equiped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with smartTV, 2 bathrooms within, and exterior garden toilet with shower room.

The house is equipped with central heating in all rooms, and air conditioning are installed in all four bedrooms and the living room, and ceiling fans are properly installed.

Such a nice villa in very quiet village. Everything one would need, the highlights being the lovely, clean pool, an outside kitchen and cool seating area adjacent to the villa kitchen. Vale was superb, welcoming and ongand if needed.

Villa parfaite, jardin magnifique et propriétaire vraiment sympathique

Nous étions un groupe de jeunes (24ans) et nous avons passé une super semaine ! La villa est idéal pour les groupes avec ses 4 chambres (dont une avec terrasse) et un lit double supplémentaire dans un "recoin". Il y a deux grandes salles de bain + une petite pièce agréable avec douche et wc au niveau de la cuisine d'été. La cuisine intérieur + celle extérieur sont grande et disposent de tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner de grandes qualités. L'extérieur est magnifique. La piscine donne du côté de la maison du propriétaire mais ce n'est pas un problème puisqu'il sait se faire discret et la musique ne le dérange pas (au milieu de la semaine il nous a demandé pourquoi on ne faisait pas de soirée dans la piscine!). Le jacuzzi se trouve de l'autre côté du jardin et il est particulièrement agréable avec sa vue sur les montagnes. De plus, nous avons pu installer un filet de volley sur le terrain tellement l'espace est grand. Le propriétaire est disponible en cas de problème mais c'est aussi se faire discret tout au long de la semaine. Lorsque nous avons eu un souci avec le jacuzzi il est venu directement et la réparer. Nous l'avons aussi invité à prendre l'apéro un soir et nous avons passé un très bon moment avec lui. À notre arrivée il nous a conseillé des plages et des supermarchés pour que nos vacances se passent au mieux. Il nous a aussi servi une excellente paella et sangria. Il est donc très sympathique et le fait que son habitation soit proche ne pose aucun souci, au contraire! Bref, si vous voulez passer une semaine parfaite avec vos proches, foncez!!

Idéal vacances au calme pour famille et / ou amis

Très belle propriété avec une cuisine d'été très bien équipée et située au jardin. Piscine très propre jacuzzi également et bien situés aussi . Propriétaire très discret et néanmoins réactif si besoin. La maison est parfaite pour deux familles , 10 ou 11 personnes idéal. N'hésitez pas à déguster la paella proposée , vous passerez un très agréable moment autant à voir l'hôte la préparer qu'à la déguster ensuite. Très bel endroit cadre idyllique au milieu des montagnes, reposant et néanmoins proche de Dénia et Calp pour une soirée plus animée. Attention pas de climatisation, si vous craignez la chaleur pour dormir..... Villa idéale pour un sejour au soleil loin du tumulte de la côte. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille et profitez pleinement des infrastructures au. Top de la villa ! Nous conseillons vivement cette villa. Sejour août 2019

Fue como estar en el paraiso

Estuvimos la tercera semana de Agosto 11 personas, 4 de ellos adolescentes y nos lo pasamos todos genial. El jardín esta impecable tal cual se ve en las fotos y las habitaciones estaban bien para todos los que eramos. La cocina perfectamente equipada y el salón de la tele con movistar plus para ver las series y películas cuando te apeteciese. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores si bien casi no los usamos porque el clima era mas fresco que en la zona de costa que es mas bochornosa. La piscina tenia un tamaño correcto y los chavales se lo pasaron muy bien y los mayores también. La hamaca estupenda para un momento de relax y la zona de barbacoa totalmente equipada de iluminación, fregadero y meseta suficiente para poner la comida, un aseo y una zona de estar con mesas y asientos mientras preparas el fuego y la comida. Incluso Vale nos facilitó un paellero a butano y la bombona para hacer una paella de forma cómoda. Vale y su madre fueros muy amables y atentos en todo momento y muy discretos ya que apenas los veíamos pese a vivir en la casita del lado de la carretera. Parcent dispone de un super para las compas a 5 minutos andando y para la compra grande en los Mas y Mas de Xaló a 10 minutos en coche. Las playas estan a una media hora en coche pudiendo elegir entre las de Denia al norte o las de Calpe al Sur. En el recibidor de la casa había multitud de catálogos de sitios para vivitar. No salimos mucho, solo a montar en karts a Oliva a media hora en coche. Resumiendo tranquilidad y temperaturas mas agradables que el bochorno de las zonas costeras. La zona de jardín, piscina y barbacoa de alto nivel. Grandes supermercados y playas a poca distancia.
