Great place to stay!

Location was perfect to walk into town or walk along the lake. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious!

We so enjoyed our stay this July that we immediately booked another 4night visit for our color tour this October.

Location- proximity to downtown bay view from the garden Breakfast- the view from the restaurant the $25 breakfast coupon delicious breakfast options Cleanliness- ultra clean daily bedroom upkeep Service- all hotel personnel are friendly and welcoming Porch- a pleasant place to visit and relax Garden- a beautiful space to relax and an superb location to see the sunset over the bay

Enjoyable.

Was great walkability to shops and restaurants and wonderful view of the Bay.

Was disappointed that the Noggin Room was closed 2 days during or stay. However, found no problem with locating nearby pubs and restaurants

We have stayed at the hotel several times. This was the first time we encountered noise from others.

Breakfast was great. Always enjoy the breakfast and view.

The room was noisy. There was quite a bit of noise during the night.

We are going back. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Bay, the downtown and the gardens. Very quiet. We plan to go back again! The breakfast and dining room was overlooking the water also. Very nice pub with music and excellent food. The staff could not have been nicer and the service everywhere in the hotel was a 10!

Exceptional

The location was great. My meal was inedible, it was the quiche. When I mentioned this to the waitress,she didn’t offer a substitute. I ate off of my family’s dishes, which were just ok. My husbands eggs were good. At the end of the meal, when the bill was brought to us my meal was still on the bill. I asked the waitress if she could take that meal off the bill, which she said she would do. I then had to ask if I could have a bowl of fruit, as I was still hungry. We were looking forward to a great meal, but it was not. Other then breakfast, we had a great visit at your hotel. Everything seemed well kept and you have a beautiful rose garden. Great looking hotel with view of the bay

Loved the looks of the hotel inside and out. Very beautiful old fashion looking with an amazing view of the bay. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Great location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Didn't like the reduced menu at the restaurant and would have liked a better selection of items.
