Thanks for considering our rental home for your visit to the Phoenix area.

This "sunshine retreat" is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in the active adult community (Minimum age requirement 55) of Sun City West with convenient access to retail shops and one of the largest Frys grocery stores in the country--a real destination spot.

The Retreat affords lots of space starting with a large living room, a fully-stocked kitchen, breakfast bar and large dining room, master bedroom with en suite, spacious guest room (walk-in closets in both bedrooms) and a delightful screened-in Arizona room where you and your guests can enjoy morning coffee, happy hour or BBQ'd fare in an appealing outdoor setting.

We've got the techies covered with four flat screen TV's throughout the home, satellite TV service and WIFI to handle your internet and streaming needs. (So, when you're not site seeing, hiking, golfing, attending baseball spring training, hockey or football games, you can be fully entertained in the comfort of your own home away from home.)

Because you can't escape the routine tasks in life, even when on an amazing retreat to Sun City, Arizona, Sonnet offers a washer and dryer and any storage you may need in the AMPLE utility room. The attached two-car garage provides convenient, secure parking.

Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and well stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning up. We would stay here again. We had no problems with the house, neighbors or host. Everything was 👍

This was a great Home to stay in Peoria AZ! It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked! Everything in the house worked well and it was so quiet there! The Owner, Bob, was very communitive, he answered all my texts! The Arizona Room was one of my favorites! I am looking forward to staying again!

Really enjoy staying in Bob’s home in Sun City West. We’ve stayed 3 times now and always find the home clean and Bob is just a wonderful host to work with. He is super responsive if anything does come up. The home is spacious and well kept. It is in one of the older sections of SCW and not super fancy but it is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very quiet. The backyard is great for relaxing and all the TVs have either Roku or Direct TV available.

I love rentals that are set up for renters! I don't like staying at places where you feel like the owners will be back any second and you can't touch/use anything. This place was clearly set up for the comfort of the renter. Everything you could possibly need was within reach and there were even ice cold waters in the refrigerator waiting for us upon arrival! Such a nice treat! Everything was neat as a pin and Bob was such a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! :)

Loved our time at this home...owner was so easy and nice to deal with. The house is so comfortable, both bath and bed linens were of high quality, house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the DirecTV as we have it at home and so we knew where all our favorite channels were. Certainly will return again.

We had a great stay at Sonnet Sunshine Retreat. The place was very inviting, relaxing, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The decor is just right, not overwhelming like grandma's house or so austere that you feel like you are doing time. The enclosed back patio is a great place to take an afternoon nap even when it's 105˚. We look forward to staying there the next time we are in Phoenix.
