Very good - would do it again in a heartbeat!

Really nice and stylish apartment. The owner was super helpful, and both my colleague ( we were there for the MAPIC conference) were happy with the main little details, such as the coffee pads, and all those little things we do not take fro granted - but here they were. Would chose this place anytime again.

The only tiny little challenge is that the apartment is on the 4th floor, the stairs are narrow and the elevator is just lousy. So getting heavy or big luggage up and down can be a bit of work.

Joli loft pres du centre.

Sacha est un bon hôte qui cherche à nous faciliter la vie, il est tres attentionné. Le frigidaire rempli d’eau, jus d’orange, café, thé, madeleines. L’appartement est agréable, propre, lumineux, tres bien équipé.

Il n’y a pas du tout vue sur la mer ! Seulement si l’on se met dans un coin debout on voit un bout de mer entre 2 immeubles. C’était une grosse déception ! En conservant, le prix est moins justifié. Il est écrit 2 chambres. L’une des chambre est dans le salon séparée d’un rideau! Bref le descriptif ne correspond pas a la réalité.

A home away from home

This place is everything you need for a fantastic stay in Cannes - a home from home. The loft is fully equipped, clean and Sacha, the host, is so friendly, knowledgable and accommodating! We had a great stay here and would highly recommend.

Great, great, great.

Fab apartment, few minute walk from the restaurants near the port. Also, only a few minutes walk from the Old Town, and the Cannes sign that lights up at night. Perfect.

Superb

Very nice and well-equiped apartment, excellent location, very welcoming and hospitable host. All was perfect with the apartment.

The only problem for light sleepers is outside noice from the street as the apartment is next to the ( tourist) center.

Superb

Wonderful flat "with a character", smartly equipped, modern and clean. Excellent location, smack in the middle of "Old Cannes", close to dining and promenade. The hosts were wonderful, met us in person for check-in and showed us around, suggested nearby inexpensive parking, and even gave us a ride to our car upon checking out.

when the elevator broke, ("it's kind of expected, you are in France!") getting up to the 4th floor of this wonderful old building was quite a challenge... Huge thanks to the host, who helped us with our suitcases ;o)

Fantastic apartment, great location, excellent host.

Sacha was a fantastic host. Very accommodating with our changing arrival / departure time, very knowledgeable about the local area, helpful with arranging taxis etc - overall the perfect host! The apartment is very modern and spacious, perfect for 2 colleagues in 2 separate rooms as we were, or it would be good for 2 couples / a family of four. We will definitely be staying again!

Nothing was disappointing - everything was good.

Home away from home in the beautiful Suquet.

The Loft was our home away from home in Cannes. We could not have enjoyed it more. The area is just far enough outside of the city center to be quiet and just close enough to be very accessible. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Wifi was reliable. The windows slide open and you can sit and see the water through the buildings for your morning coffee. The area is beautiful - the oldest part of Cannes, with winding medieval streets filled with shops and restaurants. We are always looking forward to returning next year. The host is very kind and communicative. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Excellent appartment, well equipped, super central and Sacha being a very nice host.

Dear Sacha thanks a lot for a wonderful stay in your appartment. The appartment was really great, super centrally located and even the solution with the car worked out well. We booked already many appartments but seldom they are that well equipped. Given all the great restaurants around we didn't cook but everything would have been there. We enjoyed our stay in Cannes and you were a great host - thanks a lot!

Awesome, Great and Undoubtly fantastic.

1) I like the behavior and courtesy of the host as we asked for Juicer which was not at property but he managed to arrange this before we check in there. There was unfortunately Chopping Board was missing which is delivered by the host within 30mins after asking about this from Sach (The Host) 2) I like the beauty and location of the flat. 3) I like the kitchen arrangement, crockeries, all machineries in the kitchen which includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Cooking top, oven, toaster and what was not there actually. Everything was there. 4) I traveled to Amsterdam, Geneva, Dubai, London and now France, nobody has arranged perfume, creams, body lotion, dental care and many more. 5) Fridge was full of many welcome juices and drinks (complimentary)

The only problem was the Lift doesn't go to the loft as it was the topmost floor and it can't build that way so with luggage we get down on 3rd floor and came in loft area by some 10-12 stairs. But still, Sachaa helped us in bringing our heavy luggage into the room.
