Views were perfection

Breakfast was fantastic and quite the spread. We felt spoiled the whole time!

We thought we were staying in a different room that had a stove but ended up in one without. This was okay though as it gave us more opportunity to explore local restaurants

So very good in so many ways but accommodation did not meet our expectation

So much was so very good about this property (staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location, ambience) and yet ...

... essentially the accommodation did not match our expectation from the Booking photos & description. The room is a small box in a small modern block of 6 units with a shared balcony which was just not attractive, welcoming or comfortable. We expected more from the accommodation for what we paid so we were disappointed with the physical product offered.

Exceptional

Was an amazing place to stay! anyone who has the opportunity to stay must. The two sisters who run the business are extremly nice and caring. Peaceful location with all that you need, accessible to all. They provide a list of top restaurants that we tried and they did not fail to meet expectations. We did the wine tasting which was in true style. Thank you so much for the care and attention, we will definitely be back.

only wish would be be great to have a bar where you can get drinks or coffee during the day time

Beautiful agriturismo in the heart of Bolgheri.

Beautiful agriturismo run by really friendly and professional family members and employees. The location is superb and the breakfast and the way it was served just stunning. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic

The breakfast was a true highlight! And the girls were so incredibly friendly! We loved the place. We would certainly go back! We even got a wine tasting for free, which we didn’t expect :)

The only minor criticism I can make is that our room smelled a little funny - I think due to the absence of a large window in the bathroom, it smelled a little of „mould“

wonderful staff, gorgeous location and delicious breakfast

The area is truly beautiful, close to Bolgheri, sea and all the wine estates. The patio outside the room was very nice too. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice, local cheeses, homemade cakes. Yum! And most importantly; the staff was so nice and helpful!! Would recommend to everyone and hopefully we’ll be back again :-)

Great location, friendly staff, nicely renovated rooms with great style, great breakfast and delicious (!) own wines

At arrival, the room was not cleaned that good, but was redone immediately after talking to the reception

Exceptional

Everything. The place is relaxing and classical Tuscany. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff was so kind and gentle with us, and the food over the top. Local cheese, wine and homemade cakes.

Wonderful stay

The whole place is just stunning, with its beautiful alley, the vineyards and olive trees it offers the real Tuscany experience. The Chiappini family are wonderful hosts. They prepare a huge breakfast every morning with amazing homemade cakes, fresh fruit and a great selection of cheeses and cold cuts. This was by far the best breakfast we had on our 3 week trip through Italy. We also enjoyed the wine tour and tasting which was available at additional costs. Our room was spacious and clean. It also offered a veranda with views of the vineyards. We really appreciated their recommendations for aperitivo and dinner. All the places we went to were great. We will definitely come back.
