About this apartment rental

ARES apartment has a full sea view to the Aegean Sea, breathtaking sunsets and bright light overlooking a nice stretch of beach for jogging or romantic walks. The apartment shares a beautiful garden of 1500 sq m full of trees, flowers and herbs along with a large pool with sunbeds and space to relax.
The apartment has a private bedroom, an open plan kitchen and living room area, a private bathroom with bath tub and 2 verandas.

For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complimentary cleaning session along with fresh sheets and towels.
We also provide a couple of pods for the washing machine should you wish to do some laundry.

Your hostess Katerina Konstantinidi is a trained psychologist, a life and personal coach, member of the ICF organizing Coaching Workshops. With a full Knowledge of local herbs and healing properties she is also a qualified English speaking licensed tourist guide, organizing tailor made tours to Historical sights such as the Old Town Medieval, Turkish Jewish quarters. Lindos, Ialyssos and Kamiros excavated ancient Acropolis. Tours to authentic small villages and Wineries. Visits to nearby islands of Symi, Chalke, Tilos, and Turkey.
SPORTS like Windsurfing available right in front of our beach. Other activities include jogging along the beach and in an actual excavated ancient Stadium of the 4th century B.C. 7 km (Monte Smith), Hiking up to Filerimos Monastery 3 km, Scuba Diving, Golf in Afandou course of 18 holes. Visit the Seven Springs 30 km., the Valley of Butterflies (July-August) 18 km.

Rhodes is the most Historic island of Greece with Lindos, Ialyssos, Kamiros, Rhodes Acropolis, the famous Medieval Old Town of the Hospitaler Knights, Turkish quarters and the oldest Synagogue of Greece. The Mineral Springs of Kalithea, the valley of Butterflies.

Ialyssos is one of the largest villages on the island of Rhodes, located on the island's north-western coast. Ialyssos was one of the first three ancient cities dating back to 3000BC. Here you will find one of the most important archaeological sites on the island on the hill of Filerimos. Here you will find the remains of the Acropolis of Ialyssos with the temple of Zeus and Athena, the remnants of the Byzantine fortifications, the 14th century church of the Knights of St. John and the 14 stops Jesus took to the road of Calvery, a path of Cypress trees with impressive shrines on both sides.

Everything as advertised seemless communication,checkin/checkout process, great area, variety's of restaurants within walking distance and above all outstanding pool with large sun shades.

The property itself is very good. Beautiful views of the sea and coast from the main balcony!! It was spacious and the bed was comfy. The villa was let down by a couple of things tho. No parasols were provided to give some much needed shade around the pool area rendering the sun loungers unusable for some people. Although reasonably well equipped it was let down by the lack of proper eating knives and full sized plates. We couldn't use the bath either as the plug mechanism was broken. The shower however was perfect. The surrounding area was a lot quieter than we expected it to be. We were very disappointed to find that bellissimo

Property very well taken care of. Owner available and extremely helpful and also speaks many languages well. Surroundings relatively peaceful in early May, but all the services we needed were available close by. Nice pool and garden, apartment well equipped with a really pretty sea view from one of the balconies. Airport less than 10 km away and Rhodes old town about 8 km. A perfect way to start a vacation is to walk from the villa to Rhodes town. Really can't come up with anything to complain about :)

Arrived late at night. The owner had organized everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The appartement is located close to the beach and other nice elements during a weeks holiday with sun and swimming and laidback days. But it’s also a very good starting point for all kinds of exursions during the stay. I can highly reccomend this villa to everyone who’d like to experience Rhodos.

Ciao a tutti. Io e mia moglie Elisabetta siamo appena tornati da Rodi dove abbiamo trascorso due settimane ospitati a Villa Mylos. La casa che abbiamo individuato considerando vari aspetti si è rivelata una scelta azzeccatissima (la consigliamo ) . E' stata una vacanza stupenda sia per le bellezze paesaggistiche dell'isola (spiagge e paesaggio) che per la storia (Rodi, Lindos ecc). Katerina (la padrona di casa) e suo figlio sono stai molto ospitali e disponibile consigliandoci anche sui siti da visitare. Le condizione metereologiche durante la nostra permanenza sono state buone con giornate assolate a volte ventose. Ci siamo mossi con uno scooter preso a noleggio su internet (Scarabeo Aprilia 200) con il quale abbiamo percorso circa 1000 Km "esplorando" l'isola in lungo e in largo. Leonardo

We've been staying here for 2 weeks and had a great time. Ialyssos is a small nice town, not so crowded as Rhodes. The apartment is located very close to the sea, you can see the sea from the window and balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything to make your stay pleasant. You can have a dinner outside at the balcony with a sea view. The apartment is also close to the windsurfing stations, and we've been practicing windsurfing every day. Katerina is a great host who is always ready to help and get familiar with the island. She also was kind enough to make tasty cake for us when we've arrived. Highly recommended
