The house is cleaned once a week, which includes changing sheets and towels. Cleaning has to be payed in cash upon arrival (150 euro per week). There is a 400 euro safety deposit (to be paid upon arrival) which is returned at the end of your stay.

Paul R.: We have stayed in many excellent properties across Europe and this one has to be one of our favourites!! There is something special about it. The house offers seclusion and total privacy,it is very spacious and comfortable, has a lovely pool and absolutely stunning views!! Avri, the owner, makes you feel very welcome, has a great sense of humour and is always available if you require any help or advice. The Location is excellent; the Medieval town of Biot is on the doorstep, the harbour and beach of Antibes are just down the road and Cannes and Monaco are only a short drive away.We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here and could have stayed longer to explore the area further. We will definitely return there in the future.
Jerry K.: Our two families have been holidaying in France and Portugal for 15 years now and we rate Carpe Diem as one of our favourite stays. Not only is it excellent value for money considering its position ....... it's perfectly positioned for travel to Nice, Cannes and Antibes .... and slightly further afield, to Monte Carlo. The owner, Avri, is always on hand to sort out any problems, and to give advice on sightseeing, restaurants etc. The villa is excellent and a super pool.... hoping to go back next year.
