Preisleistungverhältnis passt nicht

Die Lage vom Hotel

Das Hotel ist einfach nur alt. Im Zimmer war ein fürchterlicher Geruch. Lt. Personal könnte man nichts tun, es komme vom Kanal und wäre bekannt. Die Drückerplatte vom WC ist ständig abgefallen. Alles sehr schmutzig.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Meerblick,kurze Wege zum Strand/Zentrum,

Toller Meerblick,gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, Zimmer sehr sauber,sehr freundliches Personal

Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht nachgefüllt,daher nur 1 in Betrieb, sehr lange Wartezeit,später lief 2.Maschine wieder

Heerlijk hotel

Het ontbijt was super. Veel keuze en lekker fruit. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht. Heerlijk dichtbij het strand om lekker uit te waaien.

De kamers en receptie waren enorm warm.

Nice view and park. No swimming pool

Amazing view. It was nice to be able to use the center parcs. The breakfast and location is also good.

Swimming pool information wasn't accurate. The pool is not in the hotel, it is in the park, you need to walk a bit to get there and it isn't possible to do lap swimming, only recreative

Location is great. Close to town and right across the beach.

No air conditioning and lack of hotel laundry services.

Falling asleep to the sound of the sea!

After changing our plans last minute following a 7-day stay in a Centerparcs VIP cottage (highly recommended!), we booked this hotel again for one night. We had a sea view room, quiet and clean environment and access to all CP activities. Had a great night's sleep too. Staff all really helpful and friendly.

All great, so no comments here :-)

Big room with sea view in great location and a comfortable bed.

Bit worn / tired looking in places. Facade of the entry could do with a clean. Discarded mattress topper was found opposite the elevators on our floor.

All in all it’s a perfect stay, but a little too pricey.

The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is located perfectly and you can reach everything within short walking distance. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The view of the ocean is truly perfect! It’s easy to find your room. The breakfast was very delicious.

The windows weren’t all that clean which made it hard to watch the ocean with closed windows. The floors were a little dirty but that didn’t bother us. Even tho the breakfast is super delicious, it’s pretty hard to get to the foods because of millions of people just standing in your way. Price-performance ratio is therefore a little unrealistic because it seems too pricey for what you actually get.

I wouldn’t stay here if I have longer holidays. Maximum days would be 2 days just to use the facilities

I loved the Aqua Mondo facilities and the play area my daughter truly enjoyed the experience, The reception front desk had an excellent customer service. Very very friendly and welcoming people they are and the reason guests continue to stay and not leave early before their trip ends.

The cleanliness of the rooms, I understand it’s a not a 5/4* hotel but my goodness it’s the worst place to stay for more than 2 days. Housekeeping in this hotel is a joke and most of the ones I met on my way out looked like they didn’t want to be there in the first place. The worst and dirtiest rooms I’ve stayed in. They hotel has a beautiful property on the outside because of the view but on the inside is a total mess. Also my daughter dropped a toy that rolled down the bed and lemme just warn you to not look under the beds😭 Very poor housekeeping.
