Toplocatie en erg mooie kamers middenin de stad! Een aanrader.

Hele mooie, verzorgde kamers! Badkamers zijn geweldig en de bedden waren ook top. Het is een leuk en fijn hotel middenin de stad dus perfect voor een citytrip.

Ze hebben maar 2 parkeerplaatsen maar ook niet onlogisch als je middenin de stad zit. Verder geen minpunten aan dit hotel.

Mijn nieuwe stek in Brugge

Het vriendelijke en attentvolle personeel. De hulpmiddelen in de badkamer (mindervalide). De ligging van het hotel. Het uitgebreide en luxueuse ontbijt. Geen dranger aan de deur, handig met mijn rollator. Gemakkelijk bereikbare schakelaars aan bed.

Als ik toch moet zeuren, weinig Belgisch zenders op tv.

Elegant and whimsical hotel that felt like luxury in the heart of the city!

Everything here was spectacular! We stayed here in a "panic" after having to leave another HORRIFIC hotel, so we booked it and moved in within an hour! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable after that experience. They held the restaurant open slightly later so that we could have breakfast (which was INCREDIBLE - delicious buffet including mimosas and espresso drinks, etc.! Smoothies, etc. Our kids were so excited there were even pancakes with maple syrup or other toppings). We loved the whimsical art, the lovely bar in the lobby with good drinks, where we met later that evening with our friends who also happened to be there from out of town, etc. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Loved the modern bathrooms, everything was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well designed. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and kind! Photo of the sculpture I'm attaching is of some of the fun art in the lobby (my friend and I may or may not have taken selfies with her trying to mimic her bubble! ;) LOL) Also a shot of the breakfast room with mimosas!

We would 100% stay here again. Location, staff, and comfort was all exceptional.

The location was very convenient to everything, yet far enough from the main market area that it was very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful with everything.

I wish we could have brought our own food and drinks to the patio area. We were asked to not drink in that area, as the attached bar area wants to sell their product instead.

Good hotel but it needs a refresh and some improvements

Staff very competent and helpful. Great location

The room was big but it needs a refresh. Some parts of the bathroom floor had different stains. There was a terrible smell of sewer. The doors and some part in wood of the room were damaged. The soundproof between the rooms is not good and practically I can ear all has been happening in the adijacent room. It is a pity because the hotel is very good and a little refresh and a small improvement may give to the room a new life.

The 30€ per person breakfast/brunch was decent, but not worth it. I don’t think there was room service or anything like that available for food otherwise.

The lovely, smiling, helpful faces of the staff warmed our hearts!

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay at the Sablon - welcoming and helpful front staff, delicious breakfast options, comfortable beds & pillows, large bathroom, exception housekeeping services, perfect location/walking distance to boutiques, restaurants, cafes, etc; timely check-in, etc. We wish our stay was longer at the Sablon!

Pleasant stay

Friendly staff, nice location. The room was modern and nice although finding switches was a challenge. Free water and WiFi. Stylish (small) lobby. Very central.

Room 25 was noisy; we could hear neighbors talking, every word. There were a few dust and hair balls in the room. Car access is by a pedestrianised street, and parking is a couple blocks away. Breakfast was fine, but at 30 eur each it is never a good deal -- I always wonder why I get it.

Perfect quiet hotel for exploring Bruges.

This is a great hotel on a quiet street. Away from the noice but close to the city center. Perfect for exploring the city

I can’t think of a thing. Staff were very helpful with check in, suggestions for sightseeing, and handling our transportation needs.

Excellent choice for a wonderful stay in Brugge!

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The dining room for breakfast was beautiful and the food delicious. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful property!

Quiet hotel, well located and amazing staff

The room was very comfortable and clean, and had a great view of the Belfry. The hotel is very well-located and quiet. Bruges is a small city, thus you can quickly get to the Belfry and other important points in the city from the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is expensive. The hotel has a small breakfast option but for some reason, they don´t advertise it.
