Mala mucha humedad en las habitaciones y en la primera las almohadas olían a perfume como que no las cambian

Garantía en Villahermosa

El Quinta es garantía, la decoración es bellísima e ideal para las fotos, las recámaras cómodas y la comida muy buena. Está cerca de restaurantes como el Rodizio y El Edén, además del parque la Choca.

Muy amplio las instalaciones y las habitaciones , menú del desayuno muy rico

El servicio de cafetería no es claro , se paga por dos en una habitación y solo hay un pack de café , sin tasas Mi si gerencia es que si es de cortesía se aclare con una nota e informen de su disponibilidad en el restaurante

The hotel is gorgeous, the restaurant is delicious and the staff is very serviceable. we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is huge and corridors and stairways are dimly lit or in some cases in complete darkness. The restaurant offers mediocre food at moderately high prices. While the staff is attentive, management is only fair.

I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Villahermosa.

great help from the staff, the restaurant is very very good, in comparison to other hotels in the city it is classy and very high quality, the rooms are spacious.

the location isn’t bad but certainly is not ideal

Beautiful property, amazing food, fantastic service.

Stunning property deep in the woods but very convenient to Palenque town; compete with howler monkeys and other free range wildlife! Great food and superb service. Unlike much of Chiapas the hosts speak English and can help with reservations. We were given a free upgrade to the palatial Presidential Suite

Absolutely great luxury hotel

The hotel, room, bathroom and interior are grand and finished to a very high standard. Our room was reminiscent of Dubai 5 star hotels and was incredibly spacious and complete with a high bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and separate toilet. We were very comfortable. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.

The hotel bar was not in operation which was a shame and the pool was difficult to find.

Beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Large bathrooms with tub and shower . Pretty setting, excellent value .
