Super cena a výkon

Velmi chutné jídlo v All inclusive. A velmi velká nabídka nápojů v rámci all inclusive.

Kellemes családi nyaralóhely

A szobák gyönyörűek és tágasak. Az ágyak szuper kényelmesek. Az ételek mindig frissek, a medencék tiszták, az időbeosztás következetes. Figyelmes, kedves a személyzet.

1. Когда мы подошли к стойке регистрации, чтобы попросить заменить полотенца, девушка не очень хорошо нас поняла и мужчи

Понравился ремонт в отеле, номер был как на фото. Персонал был всегда дружелюбным и помогал уладить все вопросы. Еды всегда было много и было разнообразие.

1. Когда мы подошли к стойке регистрации, чтобы попросить заменить полотенца, девушка не очень хорошо нас поняла и мужчина сбоку предложил перевести. Мы попросили два пляжных полотенца и заменить обычные, этот человек не стал переводить, а в грубой форме нам отказал и на вопрос «почему» ответил «у вас какие то проблемы? Потому что». Позже девушка извинилась и выдала нам полотенца. Оказалось, что то хамло - это хозяин отеля. Максимально неприятная ситуация, после которой мы ни за что не вернемся. 2. В ванной ночью ползают тараканы, видели около 3 штук. 3. Лифт очень медленный, на подъем или спуск уходит около 5 минут. 4. Нет горячей и холодной воды, есть только теплая или прохладная. Также унитаз плохо смывает, а джакузи не работает. 5. Уборку нельзя назвать хорошей. Постельное белье без просьбы не меняют (даже с пятнами), а просто красиво застилают. 6. Еда самая дешевая и некачественная, после которой проблемы с желудком, хотя мы молодые и здоровые люди. 80% десертов одинаковые на вкус, просто разной формы или цвета. Арбуз и дыня, а также многие овощи были водянистыми и безвкусными, скорее всего разбавленными. 7. Около бассейна всегда был мусор. Пластиковые стаканчики и тарелки лежали на газоне и на лежаках целый день. 8. В обменнике не было сдачи. 9. Казино не работает. 10. Чтобы постирать белье за каждую вещь нужно платить определенную сумму и ждать около 2 дней. В общем у этого отеля 4 звезды, но на них он явно не тянет.

Das Personal war super freundlich, Essen war soweit gut, die Getränke sehr lecker. Die Lage sehr zentral , man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen. Für Kinder gibt es Animation ca. 30 Min am Abend und 30 min. Am Nachmittag

Es hätte ggf. Mehr Animation sein können, was aber nicht zwingend notwendig ist. Frühstück leider nicht vergleichbar mit Deutsch, dennoch ok.

Curățenie zilnic !

Check-in-ul se face exact după ora 14:00 ! Dacă ajungi mai repede stai pe unde dorești ca nu te baga în seamă nimeni ! Amplasarea hotelului - foarte departe de plaja ! Se puteau gândi să ofere transport până la plaja ! Mâncarea a fost gustoasă, dar foarte puțin variată ! Se cam repeta în fiecare zi … Atitudinea personalului de la recepție este puțin rigidă , există un bărbat care știe și română dar vb doar cu cine dorește în lb română, în rest se preface ca nu înțelege ! Nu se organizează nimic seara ! Cântă mai tare muzica la chioșcurile de lângă hotel decât la piscina acestuia! Nu există implicare din partea lor pentru a te binedispune !

Raport excelent calitate preț și servicii de 5 stele

Camerele suficient de mari și curate, Personalul amabil, Serviciul all-inclusive fără reproș , la orice ora ajungeai găseai absolut tot meniul și se completau recipientele cu mancare încă de când erau jumătate goale Am prins seara pescarilor și am avut in meniu inclusiv fructe de mare ai creveți . Intre mese puteai servi un sandwisch o clătită sau o placinta .

Mic-dejunul nu este diversificat … in cele 4 nopți am avut aceleași produse oferite.

A fost bine, însă exista loc de îmbunătățiri.

Am primit camere cu vedere spre mare deși rezervasem cu vedere spre parc. Priveliștea a fost foarte frumoasa. Paturile confortabile, aerul condiționat foarte necesar pe timpul zilei, liftul Panoramic.

Printre lucrurile care nu ne-au plăcut se număra: - podeaua nu era dreapta in întreaga camera - prezenta cazii in baie. Preferam dușul. - lipsa plaselor de țânțari la usa de la balcon. Nu se putea tine usa deschisă întrucât intrau țânțari si muste. - nu exista nici un loc in care sa poti întinde prosoapele de plaja sau costumul de baie la uscat. - mâncarea nu foarte diversa. Putine feluri de mancare si cam aceleași. Supele foarte sărate, deloc potrivite pentru copii. Pentru persoanele mai pretențioase exista riscul de a ramane nemâncat. - locul de joaca mic si cam neîngrijit.

micul dejun a fost la fel zilnic trebuie ceva mai variat, locatia buna , am fost serviti bine. 3 lifturi cel mare f ok. Curatenia ok.

am avut all inclusive dar sincer meniul trebuie mai variat. A fost acelasi mereu mic dejun pranz sau cina. in rest este ok. nu sunt activitati deloc incluse doar putine si contra cost. Parcarea scumpa la 20 leva pe zi. in 11 sept apa rece in piscina era buna o piscina interioara ptr extra sezon.

Peaceful, comfortable and overall everything we wanted it to be.

The location was perfect! The hotel was only 10 minutes away from the beach and close to some great restaurants. The pool was clean and there were also some very cute hammocks. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and also extremely understanding. The rooms were spacious , with great natural lighting and we had an amazing view overlooking the sea. We also appreciated that there was a hairdryer provided in the bathroom and a mini fridge.

Excepts toilets and restaurant, a nice vacation

Hotel and staff was good. It was like as on booking photos and explains. The housekeeping was nice. Rooms were clean. The staff were wellcoming and helpful. The hotel was not far from the sea side. Except toilets and restaurant, this was a nice vacation and accomodation for us.

The swimming pool was relatively small. And there was not a shower near the pool. Toilets in general use were dirty. The restaurant had only chicken and pork. There was no beef. We said that situation to the receptionist and chef. But they could not have an action. The buffet was weak. The hotel should think more universal for preparing menu. The parking lots were not free.

It was a great 7 day stay, worth the money.

Clean rooms, diverse food, good cocktails, plenty of common spaces(bar, pool area, hall), grill outside.

Coffee is terrible, elevators need to be fixed, toilet seating in the room needs to be replaced.

The staff, the food boufe was excellent, very good meat. Eat as much as you want and drink as much as you want plus the fact that with all inclusive you order coffee or bear free when you eat or just want to visit the bar area.

The parking arrangements, you have to tell them each time when you take the car and they promise that will keep your place and then multiple times there was not a place for us. We were asked to pay a lot for the parking and not to keep your space it's really frustrating, I complained they kinda fixed it after that.

clean rooms, pool, location not too far from the beach,

plenty of food, but almost all of them with dill. not paying attention for food waste. Not having policy regarding reusable materials. Plastic cups, cheap ice cream. air conditioning working from central control, thus you are not able to set the temperature in room. Shower with broken shower head.
