Better cleaning is needed

Room size is generous for the price.

Tea kettle is dirty and the water boiled is brown in colour with a disgusting smell. The corridor also smells bad.

As expected :)

The staff were lovely and were kind enough to let us leave our keys at the desk, so we didn’t lose them at the festival we were attending. They also have free parking.

I think the place could do with a little update. The sheets were clean, but the bedding was clearly old and stained in some places.

Budget friendly

Toilet seat was not clean at the time of allocating room. Hotel is not very clean and posh. Room tea kettle was not cleaned.

Easy check in Friendly staff Clean towels daily Shared bathroom/shower facilities these are kept clean to a high standard, two toilets, two showers Bed side table with two plug socks directly next to the bed Two mirrors one with a Chevy of drawers below and the other with a sink in the room Tea and coffee and small kettle in the room

If you got noisy guests rooms aren't sound proofed Cleaners knock on every door between 9:30-10:00 Small telly, connection isn't the best

The reception was manned and the workers were friendly. There was adequate parking and close to food shops.

The upstairs corridor smelt like smoke and the room and sheets smelt horrible. Also, the toilets were not clean and I wouldn't use their shower.

Excellent

It was very reasonably priced for a double room with private bathroom on a Saturday night. I really enjoyed the nostalgic feelings this hotel gave me. I got 90s Butlins chalet vibes or a motel in the USA. I’d definitely stay again. Great!
