I když byl hotel u rušné cesty , tak noc byla narušena a na pokoji s okny do ulice byl klid. Nevěděli jsme nic o rušné

Příjemný hotel v docházkové vzdálenosti od nádraží a MHD. Pohodlné bydlení. Příjemné teplo v pokoji (pobyt v únoru). Pestré snídaně, všeho dostatek. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Acest oras ne-a surprins foarte frumos, mai ales partea veche a orasului Citta Alta.

Am primit un upgrade la camera inca de la sosire, ceea ce a fost extraordinar pentru noi. Hotelul este curat, personal foarte amabil. Destul de aproape de gara.

Hotelul nu este aproape de centru asa cum se specifica pe booking.Distanta pana la funicularul spre Citta Alta este considerabila, cam 25-30 min mers pe jos, Centrul din Citta Basa nu este atat de atractiv.

Very nice hotel for a short stay

The hotel and the service/staff are excellent. It is also situated in a very good spot. Near the railway station and city center. Breakfast is good (also something "salty" for the Scandinavian passengers, who are used to that)

This was not a problem for us, but the room where we were had a carpeted floor and a very strong smell of the cleaning detergent (if you have an allergy etc it might be a problem)

Hotel is located close to the airport. It has unique atmosphere and rooms are very clean and stylish.

There was no working radiator in the room, so it was a bit cold.

Great location. Polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast- by far the best I've ever had in an Italian hotel.

Nice weekend at Bergamo

Very nice staff and lobby decor, good breakfast and the ability to watch a football game after checking out 😉

It was very strange that when registering, the receptionist wanted to keep our documents and give them back later. Please don't do that - it's dangerous.

Perfect!

Very good location (close to the airport) and only 10min walk from the train station. Staff is very friendly and speaks fluently in English :) Rooms are clean

comfortable, convenient, beautiful, fascinating, educational

The gentleman who was on at the evenings , checking people in and working the bar was exceptional. Such a superstar. He worked so hard switching between reception and the bar and had so much knowledge and passion for the history of Italy-he made our stay. The bar is open all night and stocks a good selection of drinks which was a nice touch. The bath was amazing. The decor was simply stunning and the hotel is situated close to the airport and train station which makes it ideal for a short stay and those wanting somewhere comfortable to place their heads after a long journey

There weren’t a lot of choices at breakfast and the morning we stayed, it was a little chaotic. The staff were working hard to restock the products on offer and we did only stay one night, so hard to judge. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which as we knew when we booked and as we were only staying the one night, was fine. personally I wouldn’t do a longer stay due to this as I’m someone who needs a tea and hot water bottle through the night (total personal preference ) we would still absolutely recommend this hotel and had a lovely stay.
