Another great stay

It's the second time this year I've stayed at Breakers. This time I had room 4 a single room w a separate shower room. It is exceptionally clean and it's tastefully decorated. Having a shower room along the hall they thoughtfully have a robe you can use. The bed is comfortable with very nice quality sheets. The breakfast is very good. I enjoy the fresh fruit salad and joghurt. The full English breakfast is composed of local Sussex produce and you can have a vegetarian option. I particularly enjoyed the back bacon. The owners are friendly and very helpful. The weather wasn't good whilst I was there. It is a reasonable walk into the town but it's all flat. I managed to park for free along the front (the Hastings side) about 100yds from The hotel, and didn't need to move my car during my two night stay .Breakers is a very comfortable clean and welcoming b and b, and I'd definitely return again.

Parking can be an issue, hence once I found a free space I left my car and used public transport.

My favourite place to stay in Eastbourne

I visit Eastbourne a couple of times a year and Breakers is my favourite place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, Mark is a very friendly host and they cook a delicious breakfast (amazing scrambled eggs!) Looking forward to coming back again.

Lovely place to stay and breakfast was fantastic.

Mark and Christine were lovely and friendly hosts. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony looking out to sea and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice from cereals to full English.

Excellent stay, comfortable and high standard.

We were really pleased with the choice we have made. Location was just right, not too far from the beach front, not Too far from the town centre. We took the bus 99 to Bexhill and Hasting, and the bus stop was just outside the Breakers. There were parking spaces at back of the hotel, was not too difficult to find one. The room is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. I requested gluten free food, the host took no trouble to prepare my food which really pleased me. We will go back Beakers again.

Very hospitable hosts, Spotlessly clean, We booked room 6 with balcony and sea view very spacious and comfortable. Great full English breakfast, plenty of choices, fresh fruit, cereals .etc Good Location. Definitely Highly Recommended

A truly beautiful, comfortable and clean B&B - thoroughly recommend.

Exceptionally clean - rooms are comfortable, warm and well decorated.

You can hear other guests - however - that may be part of the B&B experience. It did not negatively impact our stay.

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful house . I cannot recommend Breakers enough

The room was lovely, spotlessly clean .the decor was very tastefully done and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients , Mark couldn’t do enough for us he was such a good host. All in all we had a lovely stay and will return the next time we visit Eastbourne.will be recommending to our friends.

Would have preferred a room with a balcony so will request this next time.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Always freshly prepared and hot. Perfect location, lovely owners they couldn't do more for us will definitely recommend them.
