MALA EXPERIENCIA OJO!! HOTEL SIN PARKING

Bastante cerca del centro histórico

La información es errónea y la comunicación no es verdadera. En la descripción del hotel dice claramente que hay parking gratis pero NO ES CIERTO, hay que estacionar en la calle y si tienes suerte de encontrar un sitio. En mi caso me comuniqué ANTES de viajar con el hotel y me confirmaron que podía llegar sobre el mediodía, DEJAR EL COCHE EN EL PARKING y luego hacer el check in a las 15;00 hs. Cuando llegué me encontré con la sorpresa de que el hotel NO tiene parking. Llamé a Booking y no me solucionaron nada. Me dijeron que hablara con el hotel para cancelar la reserva y el hotel no me aceptó la cancelación por lo que tuve una muy mala experiencia perdiendo mucho tiempo para encontrar un sitio donde estacionar. Luego por la noche pude dejarlo cerca del hotel pero antes de las 9:00 debía retirarlo porque es zona de pago.

Everything was okay, the room was clean and the location is close to the old centre. The bathroom was renovated and shower was very nice. Staff was friendly.

The room was a bit old fashioned and quite small. We were only 2 people in a 3 person room, for 3 would be quite tight especially with bigger luggage.

The place is OK for one night - very close to the center. The staff was friendly, the rooms were dissent but nothing special. For that price, i could say the hotel is just fine.

Staff were friendly. Room clean. No hairdryer in the room but one was promptly provided on request.

Quite basic facilities in room. A lot of noise from the road outside.

the room was fine, super clean, excellent value for money. plus, the staff was great: I forgot something in my room and they mailed it to my adresse at another portuguese city in a couple of days. great.
