Frente o mar, funcionários atenciosos, limpeza muito boa.

Eu realmente não gostei nenhum pouco da cama de casal ser 2 camas de solteiro juntas. Extremante desconfortável e não compatível com o preço e a suíte.

Quando fiz a reserva pelo Booking, me colocaram no apto 14. No térreo e a janela não abre. Foi necessário pagar um valor adicional para mudar para um quarto superior. O chuveiro não é bom. Não esquenta e tem pouco volume de água. Não está condizente com a pousada

Ótima localização.. Atendimento muito bom... Quarto muito lindo, confortável e limpo. O hotel é muito lindo. Comida do restaurante é ótima, e os preços são ok em relação aos restaurantes d fora do hotel.

O som da música do hotel fica ligado quase 24h, atrapalhando mtas vezes quem queria dormir no 4o. A acústica do 4o não é boa, dando p ouvir justamente o som da música do hotel, e as pisadas fortes e barulho do 4o de cima, q eram muito. Não dispõe de de toalhas d banho p piscina. O estacionamento fica um pouco distante do hotel.

Amazing stay diring my birthday

-Stunning view from the suite -beachfront to a very calm and beautiful beach -Breakfast in the suite: very handy - nice hot tub in the suite - friendly and efficient staff

- electricity did oscillate for 30min in the day we arrived

Such a beautiful pousada, we can not recommend it enough. Definitely a piece of luxury within Brazil. The staff are extremely friendly & super friendly.

good option for a first time, but not spectacular

overall the hotel is good. it is centered in the beach, close to restaurants. the facilities such as pool and the room ( bathroom , bed, tv) also very good.

it’s is because of l little details that we didn’t give a better grade, particularly thinking about kids and overall service. - the hotel didn’t offer many meal options in between meal times. - the restaurants didn’t have many of the options in our first day - the staff forgot to leave towels one day, and when we arrived there was one missing - breakfast is OK, but nothing spectacular

beautiful but poor maintained

the pool was beautiful and location as well! food from the restaurant at the place was delicious and fair price! I loved the jacuzzi in the rooms as well! staff was friendly and management was able to solve my problems, even though I wish I didn’t have any problems to say about the property, considering it was one of my dream places to stay!

they changed my room because the first one have leakage from the ceiling and AC! the put me into an apartment that also had the same leakage problem from the rain! so that was disappointing! they end up not charging us and offering a free dinner which was really nice, however, the showers in both accommodations were really poor quality and the leakage remain! so it was inconvenient regardless, not to mention the fact that I had to go to a room with no jacuzzi which was a pity! the hotel has everything to be perfect but I think the owner should use the revenue in doing some maintenance, considering the price charged equals the value perceived!

The ocean view, the pool, the architecture and the accessibility to the centre. The staff is also very friendly.

Please make sure you do not stay in Suite 1. We couldn’t sleep almost the whole night with cars sound, people screaming, people accelerating their motorcycles and cars on purpose after 10pm… on Saturdays the sleeping threshold is from 3am to 7:30am. We talked to the property for options of reimbursement or voucher and they say that these are “external” factors and not their responsibility. Why rent those rooms on the weekend then? This place has everything to be a great vacation spot, but this situation is irresponsibility of the hotel managers.

Nice place to stay. The rooms are very comfy but the beach is full of algae.

The breakfast should be improved. It did not met my expectations of a typical brazilian "Cafe da amanha".

Not able to sleep due to street noise.

Friendly and super helpful staff! :) Kitesurfing gear secure storage area. Good Restaurant in hotel.

Too noisy area!! The hotel is on city center, and the room was basically on top of the street, I was expecting a place to relax but during the night time, all the time loud motorcycles going around and ultra loud church events overnight. I wasn't able to sleep for 3 nights :(
