Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Casa Grandis very much The property is perfectly located close to the beach, the historic area and the many restaurants/stores that made our trip very convenient. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was lovely to have coffee/tea on the balcony in the morning, then wine or an Aperol spritz in the evening before heading out to one of the many delicious restaurants minutes away by foot. The air conditioning made it very comfortable to sleep and cool off from the summer sun. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Casa Grandis without reservation. The owner was very helpful and took her time to recommend many local restaurants and the check in/check out process was easy and Diana was very kind and punctual. Bordighera is a very beautiful and quaint gem of the Italian Riviera that offers all of the beauty with less crowds as some of the other places on the beaten path. We fell in love ❤️

The apartment is identical to the photographs. Nicer, really.
The main bedroom is a dream. Spacious and airy, with excellent bedding and lots of space for your clothes. The living room is lovely, and sports a very well-equipped kitchen, complete with tons of utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. It opens onto a nice balcony / terrace wide enough for 2 ppl to have breakfast.
My favorite room may have been the bathroom, though. Most beautiful tiles ever. The washing machine works perfectly.
The whole place is so clean you could eat on the floor - Thanks again, Cristina ! Cristina welcomed me with a huge smile and every explanation I could need. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor.
The neighborhood is very elegant and safe. And convenient : 5 min from the beaches, 5 min from the old town, and a stone's throw away from a really nice hiking trail.
It was just the perfect place for a two weeks holiday, my 1st break in 3 years.
Recommendations around the house : Corte, the ice cream place at the crossroads down the street is the best in town.
While I tried all manners of restaurants, fashionable and not, I never ate better than at Il Cappero, an unassuming place that does the best grilled calamari on the coast and arguably the best pizzas in Italy. On the seaside, the Paloma 2 offers really unpleasant service unless you're Italian, but the food is top notch. Also, their sea beds are cheap.
Anyway, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Had a gorgeous time.

Wonderful place
It was so great! The place is so clean, beautiful and spacious. We loved staying there and would be happy to return some day. It is close to the beach ( about 7 minutes) and to the train station. Cafes and merkato nearby. Everything was perfect.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un mese in Casa Grandis. Il soggiorno e' stato perfetto. La casa e' pulitissima e attrezzatissima e l'ottima connessione internet mi ha permesso di alternare giorni lavorativi a giorni di vacanza. La posizione e' ottima, vicina a tutti i servizi, alla stazione e alla spiaggia. La doppia esposizione consente un'ottima ventilazione, permettendo di avere la casa fresca anche nei giorni piu' torridi (mai accesa aria condizionata). Spero di poter soggiornare ancora in futuro in casa Grandis!!

Wir haben es sehr genossen und sehr wohl gefühlt, in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss an der Ladenstrasse und 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen - die Wohnung als auch Bordighera
Uns erwartete eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem Komfort und auch die Betten waren sehr gut und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Bis zum Steinstrand, den Restaurants sowie Geschäften ist es nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch.
Die Wohnung ist zwar für max. 6 Personen ausgeschrieben, das würde ich aber nicht empfehlen - max. 4 Personen.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war / ist die Möblierung des Balkons. Momentan ist sie nur für 2 Personen ausgerichtet.
Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. 😊👍

Odradzam szczerze
Mieszkanie w starym budynku. Meble zniszczone i stare. Stolarka okienna zniszczona, uszkodzone zamkniecia. Drzwi do pomieszczen sie nie zamykały. Włascicielka okazała sie oszustką. Potrąciła sobie 480 euro z kaucji za zniszczony kieliszek i urwany haczyk w szafie. Szczerze odradzam kazdemu wynajmowanie tego mieszkania.

Natale a Bordighera
La casa è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e alle immagini presenti sul sito. E' pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e della dimensione giusta per una famiglia. La proprietaria, pur non essendo in loco, è disponibilissima sia telefonicamente che per mail. L'assistenza è comunque ottimamente garantita dalle signore dell'agenzia Liberty che intervengono per ogni necessità. Ci siamo trovati inoltre molto bene per la posizione strategica: la casa è vicinissima a mare e al centro storico.

Bella Bordighera
A nice week with the family in mid October 2016. Warm, cosy weather and a nice and tastful house in the centre of Bordighera, so called La Citta delle Palme, The house is well and smoothful decorated in a quiet street 400 meters from the boulevard. We had a very nice stay and were very friendly welcomed by co-worker Anastasya. She is very helpful and classified. The house is just like the pictures show on the internetsite. It's truly worth a visit. We knew Bordighera and the region very well. So we had much to see. San Remo, Menton, Monaco, Dolceaqua and the Roja area. The're dozens of places to visit. In the spring it's really the Riviera dei Fiori. So try and go south!

Una bomboniera
Appartamento in posizione centrale ma tranquillissimo. Proprietaria disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, wifi, un bel balcone; tutto era ben pulito e in ordine. Ampia dotazione di biancheria da letto e da bagno. Manca qualche accessorio da cucina, ahimè, come il batticarne, ma si può soprassedere. L'arredamento è veramente carino. Purtroppo l'appartamento è molto piccolo e quindi non lo consiglio a famiglie numerose come la nostra (6 persone adulte): c'è un divano letto matrimoniale in sala ma per aprirlo occorre spostare tavoli e sedie. Per tre o quattro persone è perfetto, in più, bisogna un po' arrangiarsi. Segnalo comunque anche la disponibilità del personale in loco che mi ha trovato un posto auto coperto (a Bordighera in agosto il parcheggio è una caccia al tesoro). Dall'appartamento si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi sia Bordighera vecchia sia il mare. Se avete il posto auto coperto, potete anche prendere la macchina per girare i dintorni (Dolceacqua, Apricale, ecc.) perché ne vale la pena, oppure potete andare a Ospedaletti e noleggiare una bici per fare la pista ciclabile fino a San Lorenzo al mare.

Ho trascorso 3 notti a Casa Grandis con mio marito e il nostro bimbo di 4 anni in occasione del ponte del 2 giugno.
Siamo stati accolti dalla Signora Anastasia, collaboratrice della Sig.ra Cristina! È' stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze ma mi è dispiaciuto molto non avere avuto l'occasione di conoscere personalmente la proprietaria con la quale ho scambiato diverse e-mail che già mi avevano fatto ben comprendere che sarebbe stata un'Ospite diversa dal solito, gentilissima è molto attenta ai particolari... Cosa aime' non consueta...
Ho adorato soggiornare in questa casa...davvero un'oasi felice dove spero di poter tornare presto! Ho alloggiato in molte case in Bordighera ma nessuna nella quale io mi sia trovata così bene... Davvero... Cristina è riuscita a creare un'atmosfera così speciale!
Nessun dettaglio è lasciato al caso... La casa è piena di luce, si respira un'aria davvero particolare... L'arredamento vanta dei pezzi molto belli, tutto è pulito, profumato e funzionale! Anche i piccoli ospiti hanno tutte le comodità che necessitano...

Siamo una coppia con una bimba,abbiamo scelto questa casa per la posizione,l'eleganza e la ricercatezza di ogni locale di questa casa. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio,mobili e accessori bellissimi, tutta restaurata,pulita ,ordinata e di gran gusto,in casa c'è' veramente tutto ciò che serve, vicini al mare e in centro ma soprattutto in gran tranquillità. Abbiamo già consigliato la casa a degli amici,anche per la gentilezza del servizio offerto.

Tutto Perfetto!
Sono stato ospite in questo appartamento con mia moglie ed i miei 3 bambini in vacanza poco più di una settimana alla fine di dicembre. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. L'appartamento e' silenzioso, si trova in una zona centrale a pochi minuti dal mare e dai negozi. Non abbiamo avuto neanche problemi di parcheggio. Anche se un po' più piccolo rispetto alle aspettative delle foto devo dire che non avrei potuto trovare di meglio!! Innanzitutto la proprietaria e' stata molto gentile e disponibile sia prima del nostro arrivo che dopo la nostra partenza. L'appartamento era pulito ed in ordine. Dal punto di vista dei comfort e delle attrezzature ci è' sembrato di essere rimasti a casa nostra. La Sig.ra Cristina ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di benvenuto ed abbiamo trovato anche le cialde per il caffè'. Voglio veramente sottolineare che non mancava proprio nulla. Se torneremo a Bordighera certamente vorremmo tornare in questa casa. La consiglio assolutamente!!,

Una bella vacanza!
Abbiamo passato giorni di vero relax,CASA GRANDIS e' davvero speciale,in questa casa c'è' davvero la tranquillità che e' promessa da Cristina,la proprietaria,dall'annuncio,Bordighera in primavera e' meravigliosa.
Quando siamo arrivati ci ha fatto trovare un bel cestino di dolci e frutta,e siamo stati davvero coccolati in tutto,le lenzuola e asciugamani erano belli ,puliti e in cotone,di ottima fattura,ci sono tutte cose pratiche ma alcune molto eleganti e raffinate,bicchieri di cristallo,tovaglie ricamate e porcellane " Royal Albert".
Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema per parcheggiare,la via e' senza traffico o caos,nel condominio c'è un area dove si può sostare un pochino con l'auto ,molto molto comoda.
Abbiamo preferito questa casa per la sala grande,piena di luce con due grandi divani,che ha permesso di avere più spazio,la seconda camera e' comodissima anche come studio,per avere davvero più privacy e tranquillità, da tutte le camere una gradevole vista con molto verde ,con finestre molto ampie .
In casa c'è' SKY con dei pacchetti molto belli,si possono sentire anche nelle varie lingue straniere, wi fie ad alta velocità.
Siamo stati felici di stare in questa casa e ci torneremo sicuramente,bisogna sicuramente prenotare in anticipo,perché in centro,in una via così elegante e tranquilla ma al contempo vicinissimo al mare ,a. Bordighera alta,ai negozi,senza il rumore del treno del traffico su corso Vittorio ,così bella, a questo prezzo proprio si trovano raramente,inoltre il servizio e' stato eccellente.A Bordighera e' difficile trovare appartamenti ben tenuti,puliti,noi sono tanti anni che andiamo e lo sappiamo bene.
Certamente i colori e l' atmosfera e la luce che c'è tutto il giorno in questa casa non si può trasmettere ne' dalle foto,ne' da quello che potrei scrivere, si sente che non e' stata considerata la classica casa da affittare perché questa ha mobili e oggetti raffinati e ricercati, e' accogliente,ha un anima che trasmette calore , ci siamo sentiti ospiti da coccolare e soddisfare, non clienti da spennare.La proprietaria si e' adoperata come poteva per aiutarci,in tutto.

L'appartamento è molto luminoso, pulito e climatizzato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il contesto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso pur essendo in zona centrale. La proprietaria molto molto ospitale. E poi i colori e i profumi di Bordighera sono indimenticabili...

Bella esperienza a Bordighera
Bella casa in stile provenzale. Le fotografie sono assolutamente veritiere. La proprietaria sig.ra Cristina, nonostante non fosse presente in loco ci ha fatto trovare un bel cesto di benvenuto e si è più volte assicurata telefonicamente che tutto fosse ok. La posizione e' molto buona, nella zona liberty di Bordighera, la via tranquilla nonostante sia a 3 min a piedi dal mare e dai negozi.
La casa e' fornita di tutti i comfort , comoda la macchina del caffè con cialde gentilmente offerte dalla proprietaria. La valutazione sarebbe da 5 stelle se non fosse per: la seconda camera molto piccola, l'ascensore molto piccolo (siamo una famiglia con bambini e non si riusciva a salire con il passeggino). In ultimo da rinnovare gli infissi (già in programma l'intervento). In conclusione giudizio molto positivo, ritornerei come ospite e consiglierei la casa ad amici.

Home from home
Very good value. The property is beautifully appointed and we felt very welcome. Cristina, the owner, is very charming and very quick to respond. Anastasia her agent was efficient and charming and spoke excellent English (although she is actually Bello-Russian).
We were very comfortable there. It is in the town centre and within walking distance of everywhere and, surprisingly, was very easy to park the car at this time of year. Another big bonus was the very good Wi-Fi connection! We will be happy to recommend it to friends and, indeed, to return there ourselves.

Nice apartment very comfortable and clean, all the necessities are offered, it feels like being at home.
We did spend one week in September and the weather was just perfect, in the evenings you could smell the fragrance of the trees and flowers. The apartment is located in the centre of the village close to the sea, moving around by foot or by car is easy and there are plenty of restaurants, little shops or just walks and hikes you can do when you are not on the beach. I will certainly recommend this apartment to a friend! "
