Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, as well as the salt shaker on bottle openers and cups, plates to the raclette.
In addition to the seating area include radio with CD player and various CD`s

Large color TV with satellite connection and DVD-Dolbysurond player and various DVD`s (adults and children)

From the ground floor via a quarter-wave open wooden staircase
You reach the sleeping and play gallery with a double bed and bedside tables, balcony with garden furniture and glass table with reading chair. Here you will also find another sofa bed and a cot.

The detached house includes such as garden / lawn area baby rocker and climbing frame directly on the lake from the outside accessible storage room for bicycles
(Garden furniture, firewood, barbecue)
as well as a parking space for 3 cars.
Please note: The deposit of 150.00 EUR as well as costs for final cleaning, pets and bed linen & towels must be paid before arrival. You will receive the bank information u with the travel documents.
The deposit will be returned to you after departure minus the consumption costs for electricity and water.
Additional costs:
Visitor's tax / tourist tax: No city tax / tourism tax (obligatory).
Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 75 EUR (optional).
Towels: to rent once per person for 3. 5 EUR (optional).
Bed linen: to rent once per person for 15 EUR (optional).
