Mi-a placut foarte mult locatia linistita, parcarea privata si interactiunile pe care le-am avut cu Ana, Managerul relatiei cu clientii.
Patul a fost foarte comfortabil, peretii sunt foarte bine izolati fonic iar mic dejunul este foarte bun.
Nu mi-a placut absolut deloc baia pe care am avut-o.
Cabina de dus era veche, nu avea usa pentru a se inchide nici draperie si era apa mereu pe jos.
Mirosea foarte urat, doamna de serviciu nu compensa deloc prin a face curatenie in baie, nici macar nu spala cu o solutie pe jos, nimic.

We loved the cleanliness, the ease of communication, the support and friendly manager, that they left us Starbucks coffee and a pack of water bottles to use since tap water is not drinkable. The location was also super, although Sarti is small. There was parking too.

This property is really the dream! Modern facilities, private parking, delicious breakfast (different buffet every day!), ideal location, welcome treats, etc. but on top of all: the most amazing, caring and welcoming host Anna! I happened to experience an knee injury before coming to Sarti (spent the time on crutches) and Anna did everything possible to make my time in Sithonia as pleasant and comfortable as possible. She even drove us to a local port to ensure I got onboard the blue lagoon boat tour (that she arranged for us at a discount) by making it safe and sound down the steep stairs. When Anna saw my boyfriend and I walking the promenade, she called us join her and her daughter for a lovely soirée by the sea. Ioranna exceeded all our expectations and we would most warmly recommend everyone the same experience. They are a BIG 10 out of 10!

Very clean, very friendly staff, breakfast is a big bonus as most of the places do not provide any options, also that was one of the reasons to book this place, parking just down the stairs not on the main road in a benefit to consider.
One thing is that i still dont understand open showers, water everywhere, well that's greece :) and maybe better(softer) pillows, still gonna rate 9+ as value ratio is great.

We liked everything!
from the location, the greeting, the communication to the small welcoming details like chocolates on the pillow, a jar of honey and coffee.
Our apartment was spotless clean.
Every 2 days the towels were changed, the bed sheets every 3 days.
The cleaning lady was very attentive.
The owner is a jewl, she gived us tips about beaches, weather and gave us complementary breakfast on our last 2 days.

Everything was new, qualitative and extremely CLEAN. The staff is amazing (special thanks for you, Ana). The upper apartment was very nice and well equipped, large terrace in the shadow for most of the time - perfect for chilling and eating outside. There is a free parking area right in front, a supermarket very close, the beach is max 2 minutes by walking. As a conclusion, it's was perfect for us and very good value for the money, I fully recommend it.
It can be noisy at night from the traffic and from the neighbors, but it can be solved by closing the windows and turning on the air conditioner.
The WiFi is not great, but this is a very common issue in Greece - we have used roaming instead (as we are from EU, the cost is almost "like home", therefore 0 in our case) and the connection was very good.

We loved the stay we had at Ioranna. Starting from the great booking experience, the complementary welcome package, certain delicious surprises in the mornings and last but not least the great personnel and the delightful host Anna. Everything was easy to arrange and agree upon, the room was cosy, clean and equiped with all needed. The location is ideally close to the beach and the centre of Sarti. Also one big plus the private parking area. We enjoyed our stay, and we warmly recommend it!

Our (family’s) stay during this August was really lovely. We were really satisfied with this place and we would be happy to come back next summer. The staff is really friendly and nice. The location is not far from the center. There is also a private parking lot, which is a big advantage in Sarti. Clean rooms, excellent service and helpful staff. I would highly recommend thia place!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ioranna for about a week at the end of August. The place is very nice and the staff is amazing. Anna welcomed us when we arrived and she was there for all our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable at the place. The room was spacious and clean. The mini kitchen had all we needed and the bed was very comfy. We also loved the balcony (lots of room for the two of us). We signed up for the home made breakfast and it was great. The food was always fresh and mostly cooked/baked so I highly recommend you get that during your stay.
The location of the place is just as described, within walking distance from the beach (2 minutes) and the Old Town (5ish mins). There were lots of stores and restaurants around. Finally, if you're getting there by car, there's lots of parking space (some at the premises and a lot more just behind it as there's a huge field just around the corner from Ioranna). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for couples for sure.

We have been travelling to Greece every summer for the past 8 years and this is without a doubt the BEST ROOM we stayed at. The host lady - Anna is AMAZING! Such a positive and responsive to our queries person! Always welcomes you with a smile :) She had us located on the ground floor witch was very handy when travelling with a toddler, which we really APPRECIATED :) The room she had provided us with had everything we needed to stay with a small child < 2 years. The room is so spacious that we could have our baby stroller inside without it disrupting our space. And the kitchen - WOW! There is only so much I can say about it - induction stove, absorber, water jug, coffee maker, fridge, sink, kitchen utensils, plates, bows, glasses, pan, even a pot.. every accessory you can think of to cook for a baby!
Bathroom - also WOW, so much space compared to every other house with the same price range we visited in Greece. Also, bathroom accessories available in the room.
Location is perfect! You can reach the "old town" with the noisy crowds and tavernas in about 8-9 minutes of walking, still not in the most distant part of Sarti (so called "new town"). The house is right in the middle of the two parts of Sarti - so easy to go each direction within a walking distance. The beach is 1-2 minutes away... perfect for taking early sunrise captures :) Also, great plus is the parking spot in the front yard - so no stress of the street parking.
Finally, the breakfast! MAMMA MIA! Delicious and HOME COOKED two parts breakfast provided by Anna and her amazing mother. Every morning we were served with different Greek cuisine - so much more delicious than any of the bakeries in Sarti! And Anna did not charge us anything! P.S. coffees on the picture (attached) are bought from the nearest bakery, as Anna is getting her license for drinks now 8>

The location was perfect, really close to the beach and the hotel was really good and clean. The breakfast was really nice and the personal were helpful and very friendly to us for our whole stay. The room had everything we needed and it was pretty much quiet.

We have stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed every moment of our accomodation! For a family with a three year old child it was all that we could hope for. One of the reasons we chose Greece as our summer destination was the way peoplea treat tourists: more as friends rather than guests. Anna is at the top of this category, as she has gone way and beyond in making us feel even better than home.
Very strong points:
1. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
2. The location is very close to Sarti beach (2 minute walk), has restaurants and market within 5 minutes walk and it is shielded from the noise of the crowded centre.
3. Anna's kindness and avaiability to solve all our requests.
4. Location has a private parking
