The good, bad and the ugly!

The space, location, facilities.

I really don't know whether it was the staff at the reception or the admin at booking.com or the owner of the flat who dropped the ball; but checking in was a nightmare. Check in time was 2pm and I had sent reminders before leaving for the property too. The instructions were that the keys were at the reception and I had a booking code and PIN. But the reception refused to honor it and kept asking for owner name and flat number which I didn't have. In the end I called the number listed and I got the details after 30 minutes of drama. The flat was not ready and it took another hour of the maid asking me to wait before she would let me in. However after this initial hiccup my stay was wonderful and I would like to stay again but only if the check in drama is resolved! Please do provide the reception and the guest with all the necessary details before they check in

Mooi appartementencomplex

Erg mooi appartementencomplex. Mooie zwembaden. Het appartement waar wij verbleven was erg schoon en groot. Netjes ingericht. Voor het complex kun je gemakkelijk een taxi aanhouden. Na 5 minuten rijden ben je bij Turtle Village, een winkelcentrum met diverse restaurants, 7 Eleven en starbucks. Al bij al een prima verblijf!

De man bij de receptie was minder vriendelijk. Beetje kortaf.

Really enjoyed visiting Mickey Monkey Beach next door to venue for food & drinks and very friendly staff

Mooi complex, zeer verzorgd.

Er staat beschreven dat er 2 queensize bedden zijn. Er is echter 1 queensize bed en 1 twijfelaar (140 cm). Host reageert niet bij vragen.

We enjoyed our stay but the arrival experience was terrible.

There was no breakfast which we did not expect. And no place to have breakfast in the resort. So we had to go and find another hotel. The location was really beautiful.

When we arrived at 10pm there was no concierge service. Eventually a security person tried to help but had no English or understanding of what we wanted, then another second security person tried to help us, found our room (which we NEVER would have found because of the size of the complex and we didn’t even know the room number) but then he did not have the security code. So he went all the way back to the front desk to find the code and eventually we got in to the room. This process took an hour and was at the end of a very long flight. Further, we were not aware that this was an Airbnb arrangement as Booking.com did not indicate that it was. We would not have booked this if we had known. I also tried calling a phone number and sending messages to Booking.com and only got a recorded message in Thai. I need to advise that, however, the second security man was incredibly helpful and concerned and we would have been sleeping on the couch if not for him.

Апартаменты просто замечательные! Отдых прошел волшебно! На кухне есть все необходимое, даже рисоварка. Кровати очень удобные, белье белоснежное. И для меня важно, что не было сильного химозного запаха порошка. Очень удобно, что на входной двери стоит кодовый замок. Все было чисто! P. S. Aek, thanks for the gifts. It was very nice and pleasant.)) They will remind us of our wonderful holiday in your country.

Для людей кто не переносит химические запахи! В гостинной стояли ароматические палочки. Запах был очень резкий от них(. Пришлось их положить в пакет и убрать под мойку. Перед отъездом просто вернула их на место. Освежители в ванных комнатах можно просто закрыть.

Value for beach-front locations, but services could be improved much more.

quiet location. pool and garden is nice

with THB 2000 cleaning fee, no cleaning was provided during the stay (2 nights), no refil of toilet paper (1 roll each for each bathroom). No other types of tissues/napkins in the facility. some stains on carpets, sofas, curtains, placemats. Some wallpaper fell off. Water faucets was not to the full functionalities. Cannot contact owner after check-in.

Short Phuket Holiday

The unit was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was good and cleaned daily. The location was good, very near the beach. Check in and check out was quick. There were several massage places very close by on the beach. Affordable Thai restaurants were within walking distance, and the Renaissance was next door when we wanted hotel food.

Although cooking facilities were provided, there was no dish cloth or no table cloth. If you want to cook, you have to bring your own oil, salt, and sauces.

We are looking for an apartment. Not necessarily to cook your own meals. But just for space and comfort. It's quiet and with no restaurant on the property. You can walk down to the several restaurants supplied by other hotels and some street restaurants. Great food by all. It also supplied a couple of push bikes and a shuttle bus to a small shopping centre called, Turtle Village shopping centre . Pick up and drop off.

Alex was really nice, all the staff in the condominium was also nice. Totally worth the value. Perfect if you are looking for a place quiet to relax apart from the city.

After check out, the man in reception looked upset for our presence while we waited for our transport to the airport and he didn't help us at all. But the security personnel were really good and helpful!!! ☺️

okay, since it was for business. I stayed at a unit where it needed only passcode to unlock....

The whole view of the resort.

It was mostly empty with no one in sight, location was far away from everything so there was nothing to do at that area.

Perfect for our stay , close to beach and beautiful, spacious unit with a view

Large unit for a one bedroom unit and right on the beach. Beautiful complex with many swimming pools. Either eat out or stock up on food in local turtle village as no restaurant or cafe attached.

1. The air conditioner in the living room it doesn’t blew the cold air it makes the whole room so heat! 2. The location is so far from the center. 3. We were there 14:00 but the room wasn’t ready yet, we were checkin 15:00. 4. The cleaning price is too high. 5. The room is super hot!

Otherwise so far the best apartment for a quite stay in Phuket

size of the apartment and layout are perfect for staying couple; host of the property was reacting immediately to some complaints, good communication, bed was comfortable, and we really missed tea cups, only coffee cups were available

housekeeping maid did the cleaning service which is included into rent deal after 3 nights when we were supposed to stay 14 nights, should be done somewhere in the middle, maid is being sent to fix problems she doesn’t understand, moreover she doesn’t speak any languages except Thai

Excellent stay for a beach or pool vacation. Very close to the beach, lots of swimming pools to enjoy a swim and lots of pool beds to simply relax. Various restaurants right nextdoors. Check in was nice and smooth, and the keypad to open the door worked well. The host was very nice and in general responded fast to messages.

Not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the flat: you will need to grab a taxi to do any sightseeing.
