Met expectations based on price.

High points were the bathroom, staff, and breakfast. Location is also pretty solid.

Decor may not be in style anymore, but not an issue to me.

Lyxigt och ombonat!

ombonat, murriga varma toner. Eleganta rum som kändes lyxiga och ombonade. Ljuvliga duschcremer och bodylotion (Rituals). omhändertagande och mycket trevlig personal.

Mysigt hotell, god frukost och bra läge.

Vi bokade ett premiumrum med terrass ( som kostar en del extra) 2 nätter via Booking.com. På vår bekräftelse är detta tydligt. Fick ett rum med badkar. I hotellets bokningssystem står att vi bokat ett rum med badkar. Hotellet tycker inte att det är deras fel. Fick ingen kompensation. Hotellet skyller helt och hållet på Booking.com. Vi som kunder har inte fått svar Booking.com , vi anser att vi betalat för något som vi inte fått. Uruselt!!

Firar in vårens ankomst.

Personalen på hotellet ger allt för gästerna. Helt underbara att ha med å göra. Tänker på Gabriella i receptionen. Och Agnes i restaurangen. Servicenivån på topp.

Kvällsmaten drog ner hela upplevelsen så 1 av 5. Det är det vi alla kom igåg trots övrigt var ok

Kvällsmaten var KATASTROF!!! Man köpte ett paket som var lockade för att äta en trevlig middag med familjen. Skulle aldrig servera mina barn det ens på en vanlig vardagslunch. Under all kritik. Jag kommer aldrig bo hos er igen pga kvällsmaten. För er egen skull, laga inte "skolmat" (sämre än barnens skolmat) om ni ska få återkommande gäster. Sängarna alldeles för små. kan inte varit en vanlig 180 dubbelsäng

Falsk marknadsföring av hotellets fasciliteter

Jättegod frukost. Fint inredd och stort rum. Skönt med badrockar på rummet.

Beskrivningen av rummet på Booking stämde inte alls med rummet vi fick, så vi kände oss lurade rejält. Rum som skulle haft ett badkar var ett rum med dusch. Middagen på kvällen var köttbullar med mos. Det blev jättedyrt för ett rum utan de angivna faciliteter jämfört med liknande hotell. Att inte ens nämna att den avkopplingen vi såg fram emot uteblev tyvärr. När vi påpekade detta var svar att tyvärr så hade man inte uppdaterat beskrivningen på Booking och erbjöd oss en påse chips som kompensation... Balkongen med utsikt över innergården hade utsikt över parkeringen och ventilationen.

Gemütliches Hotel mit perfektem Frühstück

Perfektes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal (leider konnten wir keinen Parkplatz mehr reservieren, uns wurde aber sehr nett ein öffentlicher Parkplatz als Alternative aufgeschrieben - das hat gut geklappt). Außerdem tolle, zentrale Lage. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit einem 1,40m breiten Bett für zwei Personen - das war für eine Nacht ausreichend, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Wir würden das schöne Hotel im hübschen Helsingborg jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr hübsches, kleines Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail, rundum gemütlich, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer.

Die Parkgebühr sollte für 24h Parken gelten, wir mussten den Parkplatz aber dennoch bereits um 13 Uhr am Abreisetag verlassen, obwohl 24h bis 17 Uhr gewesen wären.

Hyvä sijainti, loistava aamiainen, illallinen kannattaa nauttia muualla

Hyvä sänky, huone ja parkkipaikka. Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä.

Illallinen oli ala-arvoinen ( tarjolla siis buffet illallinen, lähes kaikki oli loppu, henkilökuntaa sai etsiä ohjaaman pöytään (aulassa kuitenkin kyltti ” odota tässä, henkilökunta ohjaa pöytään” - äkkiä vilahtivat piloon kun näkivät asiakkaan - vastaanottovirkailija tuli avuksi. Kun tuli laskunaika ei taaskaan ollut henkilökuntaa paikalla - löysimme heidät vastaanoton takahuoneesta, kun asiaa tiedustelin vastaanotosta!)

Veldig bra og variert frokost. Sentral beliggenhet midt i Helsingborg med kort avstand til det meste.

Vi hadde bestillt et lite dobbeltrom. Størrelsen på selve rommet var greit. Lite, men med alt vi trengte. Det vi ikke var forberedt på var at baderommet var veldig lite og smalt. Så smalt at man måtte sitte sidelengs på toalettet.

Jag älskade frukosten och den tuffa inredningen. Gillar man att komma hemifrån till något nytt, ovanligt och coolt inrett va detta stället toppen!

Jag fick känslan av att rummet jag bodde på inte renoverats på ett tag.

V Hotel is only 2 star and a nightmare. Waste of money, bad customer service and small rooms

The only good thing. Basic breakfast was great and good coffee.

Unfortunately there was a long list with disappointed experienced: First this is not a 4 star hotel more like 2 star. We will never come back to this nightmare! Very small room and not comfortable for two normal adults on business travel. Very bad service without customer experience and feeling. Sunday we ask for wine menucard and she could not find it and get confused. We only want to buy a bottle of white wine. Instead we cancel and go out to a better place. Helsingborg is a beautiful city but this V Hotel we will never come back. We also informed they could clean our room and through we want to check out! To expensive hotel and no value for money. They closed the coffee machine 10:30 CET but the breakfast should be available until 11:00 CET. A small balcony outsite to building construction but not so much noice. We also try to contact V hotel on the same day after we check-in but no respons.

Cozy atmosphere all over the hotel, great room, clean. I really liked all the little details in the room, in the lobby, and in the restaurant. Big and comfy bed, everything you need is there. Rituals products in the bathroom. The location is great, close to everything.

Expected a bath in the room, but got one with a shower.

The decoration is really in nordic style and minimalist. The vintage lobby is impressive. There are wide varieties for the breakfast, both cold and hot stuffs.

Close to city centre and all facilities. Good breakfast and got an upgraded room for free.

Crowded breakfast area with difficult access to the food (on high tables so children can’t see or pick up food). Very noisy street and poor sound isolation of the windows that made it very hard to sleep, especially during the weekend. Also found silverfish in the bathroom…
