Une super hôte et un super séjour pour un prix vraiment intéressant

Chambre vraiment propres et équipement correspondant totalement à la description. L'Hôte est vraiment adorable et nous a bien aidé pour notre séjour à Suzhou et dans la réservation de nos billets de train pour la suite.

Suzhou's old town gem!

The location is at the center of Suzhou's old town section with most of the cultural attractions, gardens, and museums are within its proximity. Convenient stores, restaurants and boutiques are also nearby. The hosts are very accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast selections they provide are tummy-filling. Over-all, it's great value for your money and our stay has truly been memorable. We'd gladly come back and stay on our next visit.

The rooms may be small for other travelers but it has the basic amenities, clean and comfortable which still worked well for our family.

It was okay for one night

The location is great! The staff is very helpful!

The place was not too clean. The toilet was very uncomfortable to use, as there is just not enough space for legs. There is no lift, so staying with luggage is a bit uncomfortable, although the staff helped us with our things.

Perfect !

Very welcoming and accommodating staff ! The situation is amazing as well, 200m from the metro, in the city center, close to the old street, the gardens and museums ! Wifi everywhere in the hostel

Won't be back

The staff was very friendly and spoke english

Hygiene was absent, no mattress in the bunk beds and the shared toilet was dirty. If you go do not book the 8 bed room. The other rooms were ok and some of them had private toilets.

Good location and affordable, but the facilities and cleanliness were bad.

Location & price were good, and it was easy to check-in for a non-mainland Chinese guest.

I had a twin room for 3 nights. The bathroom is badly designed and I cannot sit properly on the toilet seat due to the extremely small leg room (The room has more than enough space to get the bathroom right). The room wasn't properly cleaned either. One night I saw two cockroaches on the floor. I had to ask for some shower gel as the hand wash liquid was empty.

A hard pass

There was a cute dog at the reception!

They cancelled our booking.. said they didnt have room for us, and they didnt realise their hotel/hostel was still listed on booking. com Also there was a huge group of students on a group tour of sorts, and they were super noisy! Kinda glad we were forced to change hotel. When we arrived in the evening there was nobody at the reception counter... we had to call a number and the lady took 15 min approx to reach the hotel .. said she didn't know we were coming so she didn't think to wait around to expect us ????

Not recommended unless you really are on a very tight budget

The price was very good, but we definitely paid for what we got and nothing more. I would not repeat the experience.

At check-in my friend's passport got ripped because the staff was probably inexperienced and struggled to use the printer. You can imagine we weren't off to a great start already. But the rooms were also not great, it was super cold too and the common bathroom was just super dirty.

Overall a good experience

This hostel has really good value for Suzhou, way cheaper then many of it's copetitors

At a trade for cheapness comes it's location. Although not a terrible location you got to didi or grab a metro to Shangtang St, and other areas. You can walk but it will take you a while.

Nice location and very friendly staff

The bed is quite comfy, the staff are very friendly!! The room is pretty clean. Even outside of the window there is the road but it’s pretty quiet in the evening.

Hope the shower water can be hotter and better WiFi connection in the room.
