Ubicación estupenda, pero estructura descuidada

Lo que más disfruté de mi estancia fue la ubicación privilegiada del lugar, cerca tanto del pueblo como de la belleza natural. Es ideal para un paseo en familia, ya que ofrece una combinación perfecta entre la vida tranquila del encantador pueblo de San Alfonso y una variedad de restaurantes y cafeterías a poca distancia de las instalaciones. Además, aquellos que busquen un momento de paz y relajación pueden deleitarse con la proximidad del río Maipo, accesible directamente desde la estructura, ofreciendo la oportunidad de disfrutar de impresionantes atardeceres junto al agua.

Lamentablemente, durante nuestra estancia, notamos que las instalaciones y los servicios no estaban en su mejor momento. Los masajes no estaban realizados por profesionales, lo que afectó nuestra experiencia de relajación. Además, la piscina no estaba limpia y carecía de mantenimiento, lo que nos impidió disfrutarla como esperábamos. La sauna tampoco estaba en las mejores condiciones, ya que no contaba con ducha, lo que nos hizo dudar de su uso. El césped estaba descuidado y la cama de cuarzo presentaba signos evidentes de deterioro. Esperábamos una experiencia más placentera y completa, pero desafortunadamente, nos decepcionaron estas deficiencias en las instalaciones y los servicios ofrecidos.

Estuvimos en la Cabaña Etiopía, cuando llegamos en recepción no había nadie, salió un niñito a recibirnos y al rato apareció la persona que recepcionaba, el TV cable no funcionaba, llamé al encargado de la cabaña para informarle y pedirle si podía ir a resolver el tema y me respondió que solo debía desconectar el cable, cosa que no funcionó y tampoco fue capaz de ir a solucionar el problema, ya que eso se supone que va incluido en el servicio que uno está contratando, el aseo muy deficiente, cabaña con mal olor, el baño con poca agua, desaseado también y la cortina de la ducha sucia con hongos, la ropa de cama sucia y con mal olor, el cubierto sucio, por casualidad saco un tenedor para usar y este tenía comida pegada, en conclusión; no nos gustó para nada la cabaña ni el entorno desordenado. Está más que sobrevalorado para lo que ofrecen y por como es realmente la cabaña.

The cabin design is very neat. I found it very clean too and good location

The host/hosts do not speak English so making it hard to explain the bill payment as their credit card machine wasn’t working. We tried again at end of trip with 4 different cards. They told us it was our cards. They worked all over chile. I asked the other guests and they had same issue. They used the card on booking.com and overcharged us for 3 hours of late checkout that we had only asked for the cost per hour. Wasted so much time to get this sorted since we tried on 2 attempts. The initial host Wendy was very nice. On our second attempt to pay and checkout, the new host said ok for 1300 , late checkout. Normally at noon. no problem. All 3 of us understood this. But then she changed her mind and said 12. She Would not even consider allowing us to stay the extra hour as a customer courtesy for the days ,hours wasted trying to pay with our cards. Also they were never around. The cleaner is very nice. Wifi didn’t work for a day either. The cabins were very cute. Steep stairs to bedroom though. Good location. Clean.

Cool little Place with craftsmanship but other places In the area are doing it a bit better.

very cool little cabin and I like the international feel of the host.

It wasn’t “comfortable” in the sense that The couch wasn’t comfortable, no blankets an a bit dark and the lighting was harsh. The bathroom shower was missing the tile..

We loved the stay and will definitely come back.

It is a marvelous place, very well taken care of, styleful and clean, perfectly located, great for families. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and a microwave. All very clean. The spacious territory with a pool that was actually big enough to swim and the nice massage place rounded up the picture.

My husband is quite tall and the beds were a little short. No problem for me and the kids though.

We had a great stay! Kids enjoyed the special wooden cabin and the games they apply.

The games room and the swimming pool are great! Perfect view! Big and comfy beds.

Some cleanness and upgrade needed in kitchen and bathroom.
