Céntrico y cuidado

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Con tamaño adecuado. Las toallas y sábanas de calidad. Se llega muy rápido al centro.

Pasa cerca de una carretera con mucho tráfico y se escucha un poco de ruido.

Quaint guest house - great value.

Good location across the bridge from the centre of Coimbra. Not much to do in the vicinity, but it’s only 10 min walk from the train station and town centre. Picturesque old building converted to a guest house. The staff were amazing - kind and accommodating - even offered me their own umbrella one evening when I would have gotten soaked otherwise!

Basic clean room with embarrassingly overinflated price (there was Coldplay in town though

The room is clean and comfortable, good for a short basic stay, the view towards old city of Coimbra is nice. The host was absolutely lovely, providing us all the neccesary info about town and transportation.

The property is near a quite busy road during the day. The price during our stay (it was the time of Coldplay concert) was embarrassingly overinflated.

We had such a warm welcome and the guest house was lovely.

The location was a short walk across a bridge to the old town. It seemed far at first, but was not a problem in reality.

Tasteful guesthouse conveniently located

Great location with a view of the city within easy walking distance of most central places. Very tastefully decorated. Pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge in the room.

For such a tastefully furnished guesthouse, surprised not to find complimentary drinking water or bottle in the room. A short walk to the local Aldi, however, sorted that. I discovered that all these digital / security codes etc, although seemingly simple and convenient, are not without their detractions. God help you if your phone battery is dead and you have not made a note of all the codes you need to enter the property and your room. A vision of the human-less future that awaits all who embrace it.

Comfy and great location.

Outstanding communication with our host Sofia via WhatsApp prior our arrival. We could check ourselves in as we arrived after reception times which was super easy. The location is perfect to explore the city. Parking was conveniently available in an underground garage two minutes walking distance away. A major road goes along the house but it was not too loud at night. The guest house was comfortable and provided some extra blankets as it gets cool during this time of the year.

Good value for the money, with wonderful staff. it’s comfortable and has everything you need.

It was easy to find, easy for parking and had easy access to the city. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful.

Floors a bit thin—we could hear a couple above us pacing the floor and talking. Everything was quiet aside from them.

beautiful stay in a restored guest house

we loved our stay at Guest house Santa Clara! both our rooms were very romantic and curated in any detail. the view of the city from the windows is really nice and the owner is incredibly helpful and sweet! We arrived late in the evening and it was incredibly easy to get in with an access code.

Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel, comfortable room, good location, the parking was at nearby public parking, but it was very convenient (just be careful with the entrance, the right turn is very narrow, but not impossible). The old town is just across the river, 10 minutes away, there are good places for breakfast just in front, as well as restaurants and cafes.
