An excellent place to stay when your visiting Siliguri.

The location was very convenient for us to go around siliguri. The staff were very humble and responded immediately to our needs

Was a good comfortable stay with good service and excellent staff behaviour

Location and breakfast. Room was also ok types but view could have been better

No facilities especially for kids like a resort. Room size could have been bigger and better view facing the other side

Sweet gestures with good peoples with comfort beds

Actually I visited this property before too & I found the same good welcoming atmosphere as before mainly sir Bk Das (really a very polite & good guy)& all the staffs too !!!good location & good food with good staffs ,will visit again n again!!!

As it’s a boutique type hotel,the parking facilities is lil congested!!otherwise everything is good !!!

A decent hotel to stay in Siliguri

I liked the size of the room and cleanliness. The food quality is also good. The hotel is located at a prime location

The bathroom is a bit small. No toiletries like saving kit, tooth care kits are provided Moreover there were mosquitoes, but no mosquito repellent is provided

its a home away from home for us at least n ur safety is guaranteed

central courtyard is a fixed venue for me n my family to stay whenever we crossed by Siliguri since last 10 years, as its very clean, cozy, n homelike , staffs are good n polite, food is fine, even my son always insist us to stay at the central courtyard, i like this place.

there is nothing as such that u don’t like or hate there.

They really need to work on their hospitality. It seems that not many people visit the property and they try to maximise

The property was clean

The hospitality was very bad. They charged us for everything possible. We had checked in at 1 am and left at 8 am. Even the water was chargeable. Everything was overpriced. whilst leaving in the morning we accidentally broke a saucer. They asked for Rs. 200 for a saucer that cannot be worth more than 50 bucks.

Food was good.

There should have been a table below the walmount TV unit to keep the bags/luggages. Also a table and a chair for laptop work or office work etc. Dental kit should have been provided.

Location of the hotel

Room need more maintanance, cleaned beedsheet and other linen, cleaned toilets, overall room need lots of maintanence. There should be a guard to open the door at night when we arrived there were no guard and door was locked from inside and wasnot able to open for half an hours so we had been waiting long even cannot find any one at reception so that we can call and ask him her to open the main door.

It was quite a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is really good. Everything is closeby. Stayed in it with my friends and had a great time!! The rooms were big and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was totally worth the money and would definitely recommend it.

guys don’t book this hotel, no clean at all everywhere you find inside room girls hair. and they are not even changing bedsheets and blankets, you find full of sperm stains i the beds. when I asked receptionist, he said we are understaff so we don’t have time to clean, whole building looks they wasn’t clear for weeks. but breakfast so good. beds are not comfortable. very old furniture. waste of money. and disgusting rooms. my first bad experience from booking. com hotel.

Good comfortable stay

This was a good hotel, with good team of staff. The rooms were really well done and spacious. Breakfast spread had good variety of Indian food and was well prepared. They had parking facilities. This is a good vibrant hotel with great location in Siliguri

Value for money

It's good hotel in the prime location of Sevoke road, with no noise pollution, peaceful stay in the rooms. Hotel is well maintained, with good amenities. Cordial staff.
