Stayed for work and found the staff and accommodation excellent.

Good location close to town centre. Very nice place with welcoming staff were helpful at check in and throughout our stay. Very clean modern rooms.

The lounge was great to relax after a busy day.

The oven had not been cleaned for some time. The grill tray was full of oil.

I loved the unsafe handrail in the stairwell. It doesn't start until the 4th step up & finishes 2 steps from top, so to come downstairs you have to lean in & down to hold rail. The rail is cheap metal tubing with sharp uncovered ends, also its not secured to fixings property & came away in my hand. I had to repair it for fear of a serious accident happening. It's a serious accident waiting to happen. Let's hope its not to a child !

We spent our 1st evening cleaning the oven,which had been left with the grill pan full of rancid fat. "DISGUSTING" all this after being charged an additional £40.00 to check in 2 hours early ostensibly for cleaning. They must have overlooked the oven! The wall hangings are cheap & tacky from pound shop. The kitchen units look like they were 2nd hand from ebay. A 5* experience is laughable. Nearer to a 2*

Key were in a drop box, no problems

Stair carpets and hand rail on the stairs were not great. Shower didn't seem to work but that might be me

Lovely spacious apartment with comfy furniture and nice linen. Weather was sweltering but we were able to keep the apartment cool with fans supplied. Very quiet residential area.

Generally ok, but property could do with a freshen up and some additional basic equipment.

Location was great for Windsor. Easy to find and get into.

We'd asked for a cot for our toddler and this was confirmed before our stay, however no cot was provided. Agree with some of the comments about the condition of the property. Not cleanliness as such, more tatty and could do with a freshen up. (i.e. clearly just one coat of paint in some places) not a biggy but obviously this doesn't fall in line with "home from home" Kitchen missing some useful elements - baking trays, and kitchen paper is usually a really useful thing to have. Also agree with the handrail comments and find it odd that there still isn't one after previous comments. Would've thought it's a H&S issue. I also experienced a couple of horrible spider experiences. Odd for this time of year.

Too many spiders around. My kids are scared of spiders and whenever they see any they start ruining or crying

Excellent facilities

The facilities were outstanding for the price we paid which very reasonable. The property had all the facilities we wanted and the parking and access was easy for one car. Highly recommended

The stairs needed a handrail. They were dangerous and there is likely to be an accident sometime in the future particulalry for older people. A shame as every other aspect was without criticism

My best stay in a flat since three years.

This was my best experience staying in an apartment since 3 years. Things I liked, Allocated parking space. Pretty big rooms. Nice coffee and coffee machine! Thanks.
