Es war sauber. Das Essen ist gut.

Es war sehr laut von den Cars die laufend China Gäste erbrachten. Das schon um 05.30 Uhr morgens. Viel zu laute Musik am Pool wärend des Tages.

Bathroom was part of the bedroom. Not good privacy, depending on who you are travelling with! Bar next door was quite noisy.

Noisy and not-so-peaceful. Avoid if not stay for party.

Good location if you don’t need privacy. Well-designed room.

Very noisy at night. The staff told us that there would be live music early at night but the music went on until almost midnight and the restaurant played music from their stereo after that. I traveled with a baby so this was a nightmare. We had to call the reception to tell them to turn it down in order to get some sleep. Staff was unprofessional and had a lot of attitudes. Not impress with services at all.

Overall I am not happy due to location because I have to go far to centre everyday

The breakfast was not mange for all community or country I mean it is not international . So suggestion for make it preferable for all cultures peoples a combination

room layout - sink on an island in room & room cramped very noisy - room position near / overlooking bar area no aircon in lobby area expensive drinks - wine cancellation terms several days notice, pay upfront & cannot charge things to room

Beautiful designed hotel. Good breakfast. Amazing staff!!!! we are staying in this hotel in 2020. So, our choice only this hotel in Pattaya!

Noisy. Front of the hotel restaurant ( very good food) with life music. They play till 23:30. if you want sleep early, you can’t. :/

Designed Hotel across the beach

Very well designed hotel on Jomtien Beach, easy to find, easy to go everywhere, and 7-11 just at the corner. Beautiful room decor, firmed bed, great shower. we had the room on another road side, so no problem to our sleep. Breakfast line was ok, limited choices of western food but tasty Thai menus & Thai desserts. We had dinner at Street Bar, the food was really good, we enjoyed everything esp. Tom Yum Kung.

The design of bathroom door!! The glass door which was not from floor to ceiling, this did not give any comfort at all.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel was in a quiet part of Jomtien, perfect for family in close proximity to a number of excellent local seafood restaurants and beach. We had problems booking things to do for the kids but that was caused by my bank insisting on the application of the latest anti -fraud measures imposed by the EU. Some businesses haven't complied yet so payment is declined. Thought Brits had left the EU but obviously I'm wrong. Using pre internet solutions I organised a driver to take us around the attractions and paid cash at the venue. Worked well. Breakfast offered an insight to the local cuisine as well as western delights. I didn't bother with the bacon because Tom yam goong is far more interesting for the taste buds first thing in the morning. Staff were charming and most helpful, the sort of Thai hospitality I know and love. Thank you to you all.

There was nothing I didn't like. I appreciate things are done differently in this beautiful part of the world, but that is one of the attractions of coming here.

The design and facilities are awesome especially the location is near to a beach and the local bus pass by to get around

More expensive than most hotels in the area but better than most hotels in the area.

Room was bigger than needed, I think thanks to a genius upgrade. Room was clean and well appointed with everything you need. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly, Location is good, being not too far along beach road so you have access to a good bus service (as you go further along to the newer part of the road the bus service gets more sketchy).

The restaurant that served Breakfast was not as good an experience as the hotel, in terms of cleanliness and service it was good if not special. I think though Covid has changed the market to be more local, so food choice was limited if your preference was western flavours. One warning I will give, in choosing salad, check if the dressing that looks like Rhode island dressing is the Rhode island dressing as the alternative is very hot.

Nice place to hang out by the sea

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The music from the bar was loud so they moved us without problem to a quiet room. Breakfast is nice as is the general ambience.

Not too many good restaurants in the area although those that were near were quite good. Everything else good.

Stylish mixed with Chino designed , comfy & elegant room

Very well designed, full function kitchennet dining corner, working desk, living room daybed sofa etc. and also elegant look... bathroom is so nice, beautiful bathtub that you can soak hot water n relax :)) hotel situates in front of the sea, you can even look it from your room!! Prima!

Breakfast is not much variety , the taste is average...

Great stay at this hotel

I did not like the bathroom set up of separate compartments for shower, toilet & then a sink in the bedroom, I found this a little strange even for myself & wife, IF you were sharing the room with a friend & needed to be a little more discreet this would be difficult.

Everything else was very good. Just one point about the breakfast area, many mosquitoes, my advice would be to install an insect killer. Breakfast itself was very good, great choice, very tasty and great coffee
