Immersed in 12 hectares of olive groves and located within the Alto Garda natural park, the Valsiniga Agriturismo offers you the opportunity to stay in an independent villa of 120 square meters, set on two floors, with exposed beams and equipped with every comfort. The structure consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower and window), large living room, equipped kitchen, large terrace and very spacious independent garden, with barbeque and private above-ground swimming pool (412x201x122cm) for exclusive use.
The villa is located about twenty meters from the manor house, which is permanently inhabited.

Privacy and exclusivity are absolutely guaranteed: the villa and the manor house have two completely independent entrances and the villa also offers an above ground swimming pool for exclusive use as well as a large private garden equipped with bbq, deck chairs, table and chairs for your lunches , breakfasts, snacks, aperitifs or dinners outdoors.
Furthermore, the large terrace on the first floor, overlooking the Gulf of Salò and the olive groves adjacent to the property, guarantees an additional corner of relaxation and privacy: there are no other inhabited structures nearby and you can enjoy 100% of the surrounding nature and the unique beauty of the landscape.
The farmhouse is located in a hilly position and looks like a real natural terrace on the gulf of Salò, from which you can enjoy a truly breathtaking panoramic view.
Imagine yourself spending a day relaxing, reading a good book or sipping a glass of Lugana, gently cradled by the hilly breeze and the sounds of nature that surrounds you...in total confidentiality and privacy.
Obviously, there is also a free wi-fi service, to keep in touch with the outside world (if you wish!) or to continue working in smart working mode ("workation")
The inhabited center is easily reachable by car, but also by bicycle or on foot.

Haus in schöner Lage, aber leider mitten in einem Jagdgebiet
Das Haus an sich hat eine tolle Lage und entsprach den Bildern.
Für Hundebesitzer nur bedingt im September geeignet. Während wir gegen 10 Uhr auf dem Hof waren wurde unmittelbar neben uns (geschätzte 10-15 Meter) geschossen. Unser Hund lief in Panik davon und ich stürzte.
Laut Valentina sollen die Jäger 200 Meter Abstand halten, woran sie sich aber nach Aussagen der Vermieterin leider nicht halten. Diese sind sogar an dem Tag, an dem das passiert ist, direkt über den Hof gelaufen.
Uns wurde auch gesagt, wir sollen uns auch abends bemerkbar machen, wenn wir hinter dem Haus gehen, da überall Jäger sind. Für uns ein untragbarer Zustand, der uns veranlasst hat, abzureisen.

Erholsamer Urlaub am Gardasee
Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sehr tolle, ruhige Lage mit Blick über den See. Nette, freilaufenden Tiere und ein toller Hund. Ideal für Kinder und Hunde. Salo ist eine reizende Stadt mit schönen Stränden. Auto nötig.
Sauberkeit nicht immer hundertprozentig. Viele Spinnweben. . Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter
Sehr schönes am Hang gelegenes Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee und Saló. Sehr ruhige ländliche Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wohnen mit auf dem sehr großen Grundstück. Hund, Katze , Hühner, Gänse und Schweine gibt es auch.
Klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Domiziel mit traumhafter Aussicht
ein tolles Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht.Nicht weit von der Otschaft Salo entfernt.Das Haus selber ,sehr schön,sehr geräumig das einzige Mango zu wenig Geschirr,könnte etwas mehr sein,grade die Anzahl der Gläser,sonst top!!
Wer Tiere mag kommt auf seine Kosten Hängebauchschwein ,Gänze,etliche Hühner freilaufender Hase,Katzen und nicht zu vergessen den ganz tollen Hund Rufus.Den hätten wir sehr gerne mitgenommen!!!

A place to live and die
Valsiniga is a magical place. It is a place of peace in the summer turmoil of Lago Garda above the lake and Saló, yet you can be in the buzz in 5 minutes or on a wonderful beach in 10. The house is simply perfect. The views are breathtaking. Valentina and her family are lovely. Rufus is a special dog soul who will make you feel sooo welcome. If I had to pick a place to live the rest of my life, this would be it :) The farm feeling is made complete by Olivia, the pig, the geese, the rabbit, the cats and the hens and chicks and roosters...For the latter prepare with earplugs, their mornig call is too early for a summer holiday - the only imperfection of Valsiniga.

2 wunderschöne Wochen mit Familie und Traumblick auf den Gardasee
Das Haus liegt an den Hängen mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat zwei Bäder. Auch die Küche bietet alles was man so benötigt.
Die Kinder waren von Rufus, einem sehr zutraulichen Hund und Olivia, einem schwangeren Schwein sehr angetan und verbrachten insbesondere mit Rufus viel Zeit. Selbst bei einer Wanderung wich uns Rufus nicht von der Seite und begleitete uns in seinem Revier den Berg hinauf, bis wir einen herrlichen Ausblick über den Gardasee hatten.
Der Garten vor dem Haus läd ein zum Lesen, Badminton oder Croquet spielen.
Abends verbrachten wir mit den Kindern auch gerne die Zeit auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick runter auf den See unf spielten Gesellschaftsspiele
In den Ort Salo kann man laufen (runter ca. 15 min), jedoch ist es deutlich schneller und bequemer mit dem Auto. Je nach Leidensfähigkeit der Kinder!!
Bei sehr heißen Wetter fährt man an den wunderschönen Kiesstrand baia del vento.
Gerne schauen wir wieder vorbei. Wir haben uns gut erholt und immer wieder neue Eissorten unten in Salo ausprobiert.

Idylisch gelegenes, kinderfreundliches Ferienhaus
Wir haben hier einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter verbracht.
Der Ausblick auf den See ist atemberaubend und sehr idyllisch.
Das Haus selbst ist ein liebevoll restauriertes Bauernhaus, das uns und unseren zwei zugereisten Omas ausreichend Platz und ein nettes Refugium geboten hat, um den schönen Gardasee zu erkunden.
Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr sehr nett und sets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Gute Tipps, prompte Hilfestellung und ein herzliches Willkommen durften wir erleben.
Für kleine Kinder ist das Haus ideal, es wird hier alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was das Herz begehrt. Vom Maltisch über das Töpfchen stand alles bereit, und natürlich hat sich unsere Kleine sehr über die vorhandenen Rutschen, Schaukel und das Spielhäuschen gefreut.
...und natürlich über die Tiere, die hier ganz selbstverständlich zum Alltag dazugehören und oft zu beobachten, begrüßen und streicheln sind.
Einen Stern müssen wir von der Top-Bewertung leider abziehen. Denn gerade o.g. Tiere in Form der Hähne, so nett sie auch sind, stellen doch auch ein kleines Problem dar. Untergebracht sind diese direkt unterhalb des Schlafzimmers...und jeden Morgen um vier, spätestens halb fünf, haben diese so laut gekräht, dass sie uns, und vor allen Dingen unsere Kleine, geweckt haben. An Erholung war hier also nicht zu denken...den Reisenden seien Ohrstöpsel an dieser Stelle ausdrücklich empfohlen!
Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses an sich trägt zum Punktabzug bei. Einerseits ist die Ausstattung top, gerade für kleine Kinder ist alles vorhanden, was man sich nur denken kann. Und auch ansonsten gibt es viele "außergewöhnliche" Dinge, wie z.B. eine Salatschleuder o.ä. .Andererseits haben allerdings doch einige Dinge gefehlt, die eigentlich zu einer Grundausstattung dazugehören sollten. U.a. ein Pfannenwender, Weingläser, kleine Schüsseln für Salat,... .
Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht, in einem wunderbaren Haus (in das wir gerne einmal zurückkommen werden) mit netten Vermietern, traumhafter Aussicht und Vielem für das Kinderherz.....mit kleinem Abzug in der B-Note.

Wunderschön
The House is wonderful. We spent 2 weeks here, and the kids had so much fun playing with dog and pig. The view on the lake is amazing, a lot more than on the picture. This is a fabulous place for holidays. Just a little improvement to make regarding the internet connexion ;)

Bombastischer Ausblick auf den Gardasee
Urlaub im April 2017 mit zwei Jungs (11, 16). Abseits vom Trubel, ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Gardasee.
Geräumige, saubere Zimmer und zwei Bäder. Küche hat alles, was man braucht.
Rufus begrüßte uns jeden morgen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und herzlichen Dank, Valentina.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus war für uns drei mit den zwei Schlafzimmer und Bädern optimal. Der herrliche Blick auf den Gardasee ist einfach traumhaft. Wer so wie wir auch Tiere liebt wird begeistert von Rufus morgens begrüßt. Es ist herrlich morgens und nachmittags den Kaffee draußen zu genießen. Salò lädt zum Bummeln ein und hat viele Restaurants um abwechselungsreich zu essen. Man erreicht sowohl Sirmione wie auch Verona leicht mit dem Auto. Beide Orte sehr sehenswert. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar wenn Hilfe benötigt wird.

Eine sehr schöne Woche mit den erwachsenen Kindern in einer tollen Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick
Die Lage ist optimal. Ruhig und abgeschieden auf einem riesigen Areal das schön angelegt und gepflegt ist. Die verschiedensten Tiere sind wohl in erster Linie für die jüngste Generation gedacht, macht aber auch der älteren und der noch älteren Generation Spaß. Das Haus ist sehr toll eingerichtet. Alles, aber auch wirklich alles was in einem Haushalt benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Bis hin zum Bügeleisen und zum Bügelbrett. Die im Nachbarhaus wohnenden Gastgeber sind sehr nett und absolut unsichtbar; man achtet darauf den Gästen nur im Bedarfsfall präsent zu sein. Schade, da die beiden sehr umgänglich sind.
Was auch sehr angenehm ist, sind die vergitterten Fenster im Erdgeschoß die einem eine hohe Sicherheit gewähren. Wir haben in der Regel morgens und am frühen Nachmittag die Gegend um den See erkundet und am späteren Nachmittg konnten wir die Ruhe und den Ausblick um unser Haus genießen. Ein ständiger Begleiter war der Chef des Anwesens der gleichzeitig auch der Aufpasser aller anderen Tiere ist. Der Hund Rufus. Rufus hat uns auf seine liebevolle Art des öfteren beschäftigt und war immer gut für eine sportliche Betätigung.
Alles in allem eine gute Adresse die man unbedingt weiterempfehlen kann und wohin man gerne auch wieder zurückkehren möchte.
