Amazing Villa with Private Pool with Ocean View

The private pool, large villa, restaurants nearby and on the property, amazing views and hiking trail immediately adjacent to the resort.

The only problem we encountered was figuring out what all the keys were for. Some are for the house and villa gate and some are for the property gates leading to the cliff walking trails. Labeling the keys would be my only improvement suggestion.

Great location, amenities and manicured grounds to support a relaxing vacation.

The property offered a number of great amenities onsite with restaurant options, several pools and fitness facilities. Gardens were well maintained and beautiful. Views and access to the seven hanging cliffs trail was excellent and added security for the property was appreciated. Good space and amenities in the accommodations. Includes air conditioning units for hot days and a fireplace for cold days.

A bit dated in the unit itself where it could benefit from a few new items including updated bathroom fixtures and lights.

Top, rustig, ideale locatie om de Algarve te ontdekken.

Groot domijn maar heel rustig. Alles was aanwezig, eigen terras met ligzetels, wasmachine.

Kan een almgemene update gebruiken. Keuken en badkamer wat dated.

Limpeza, sem dúvida das coisas que não gostei, formigas por todo o lado, e a meio da noite encontrei um escorpião na cozinha, antes de ir para o alojamento tinha mencionado que tinha duas crianças com necessidades especiais uma delas com bastantes alergias e afins, onde isso não foi se quer tendo em conta, tendo em conta toda a limpeza. A nossa casa ficou também cá em baixo, longe de tudo, com duas crianças pequenas uma delas com dificuldade de locomoção.

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out. Space : We took a 1 bed apartment and it was very spacious for a family of 3 ( they provided extra rolling bed ). Balcony was spacious and great space to relax. Rooms come with Air cons. There are 3 swimming pools overall and plenty for kids. Other activities includes tennis , table tennis, crazy golf ( which we didn’t play much). Location wise its near to Carvoeiro center( RB provides transport options ). If you have car then worth exploring near by towns ( Albufiera/ Lagos / Portimao etc. ) Food : RB has a cafe which is opened from 9 am till midnight 12 am. Lots of options for breakfast/ lunch and dinner ( Ala carte ) There is also a restaurant for unlimited dining options ( buffet breakfast/ lunch / dinner) There is a supermarket inside( quite costly) but will do the job for you. ATM machines also available. Ppl and staff are very friendly Overall worth every penny. I would come back soon

Excellent resort. Heated outdoor pool for toddler was perfect. 3 other pools in the resort. Accomadation was lovely. 2 beach's nearby one walking distance the other 10 mins by taxi. 5 mins to town via taxi. Free shuttle 3 times a day or 5 euro for taxi

Peaceful and spacious resort

Lovely estate of two storey buildings, very open and beautifully landscaped. Couple of the pools were heated (others cold) and other on-site activities. Very quiet and peaceful.

I stayed with my 2 children in a one bedroom apartment. They shared a double (although I did request twin beds) and I had a roll up bed. That wasn’t very comfortable at all! If we were staying longer I think I’d have booked differently. Beware the lounger reservers! Large families often the worst for this tbh!

Great all rounder resort

loved the location, how clean it was, how nice the pool was the availability of sunbeds. The café had vegetarian and vegan options for me. Louis at reception was the best. the apartment we got was lovely and well equipped. I love that we could buy food and cook for ourselves. if you wanted to, you could stay your entire stay at this resort, and it has everything. Will definitely be returning.

the charge to use the gym. I had a massage at the time massage, place next to the café and the supermarket and I asked the Massuse more than three times to go harder and that I had areas which I needed work and it just felt like a tourist massage for those that don’t really know about massage with you get all the gimmick tickles and slaps. I paid €50 and wouldn’t go back to that massage place personally. Was upset when I mentioned it to the owner and she said if you have pains you don’t massage, but it’s the exact reason why I went to help relieve the pain. Very disappointing. The supermarket was a little bit on the pricey side for some things. I paid €10 for a small watermelon. I was too embarrassed to put it back when she told me the price.

Great holiday resort and if you like walking this is a good place to stay

Location was great I got the public bus to Rocha and it's easily walkable to Carveiro. The costal walks is nearby. Apartment has everything you need and supermarket is onsite too. You can buy butter for cooking so easier to transport if moving around the Algarve as the accommodation provides tea coffee and milk but not cooking oil, salt and pepper. Visitors need to be clear about whether gym access is included. Reception Staff was very good and there is left luggage facilities.

Overall the stay was very good, weather was generally good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Room service was great. Location was great but a bit of a trek to the beach. Some great restaurants close at hand. Overall layout of the facility was good with good pools and sports facilities.

Balconies and kitchen were very small, access to the apartment was undergoing repair work and access to steps to apartment was very muddy. As facility was not full not sure why we were allocated this apartment.

Tranquil

I rented a 1 bedroom self catering apartment in the resort and it was absolutely devine. It was very spacious with everything I needed. It consisted of a fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge, microwave and washing machine. It had an open plan lounge / dining room with aircon / heater with a big balcony and stunning views of the sea and sun shining in all day. The 1 bedroom had 2 super comfortable single beds and a cupboard and aircon/heater and hair dryer station. The bathroom has bath and shower and basin as well as a heater. Water pressure was great and warm. The resort itself was very quiet, it's was so peaceful and welcome break. It has 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, table tennis tables scattered all over in the beautiful gardens and much more. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino at the coffee shop on site. The store on site was also well stocked and I was able to buy all the groceries I needed for the 5 nights stay. Reception staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and spoke good English. There are stunning walks from the resort along the cliff tops and sea with the most amazing views and sunsets. Cannot wait to be back.

A three-star resort

A large resort with self-catering apartments, great for our winter stay. Tennis courts are open, as is the small gym. In January, there were plenty of parking spots, lounge chairs and empty tennis courts.

Through the booking process, it wasn’t clear that the restaurant on site was closed in January. The coffee shop, however, was open. Only one pool is covered and heated (relatively small). Our unit was functional, but tired. The bathroom and the kitchen appeared to be a good 20 years old, with slow drains.

Great value stay in a lovely location

All staff were brilliant - very helpful and efficient. The resort is beautiful with immaculate outdoor areas and great swimming pools. The location is fab too - close to an array of beaches and restaurants and not too far from the center which the resort offers a free shuttle 3 times a day to. It's only 4 euros in an Uber if you want to make your own way. It's also super close to Seven Valleys hiking trail - a stunning coastal walk with gorgeous sunset views. The accommodation itself is clean and well equipped but tired in places.

Bathroom was tired and could do with an update. Minor gripe but towels and shampoo/shower gel provided could have been better quality. It would have also been good if hand/dish soap was provided in the kitchen.
