Tolles Hotel gleich neben der Gondel

Tolles Hotel mit ausgesprochen nettem Personal. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben auch Abendessen dazu gebucht, und würde es jedem empfehlen, da es in Hinterglemm nicht so viele gute Lokale gibt. Die Lage ist perfekt im Dorfzentrum und gleich neben einer Gondel. Das Auto parkt während dem Aufenthalt in einer Garage (gegen Aufpreis).

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Prachtig! Pure *****Superior-ontspanning!

Je belandt in een prachtig hotel met uitstekende *****S-service! •••Die inkomhal: prachtig! De panoramalift met fontein: luxe, telkens als je er in stapt kijk je je ogen uit! •••Receptie: erg vriendelijke ontvangst en duidelijke uitleg. De auto wordt voor u geparkeerd in de garage en de bagage naar de kamer gebracht. Luxe! •••Kamer: prachtig, we hadden een hoger gelegen kamer gevraagd, en die ook gekregen op de hoogste verdieping. Wat een luxe kamer, en zo’n mooi uitzicht op Hinterglemm en de bergen! De poetsdame onderhield de kamer heel goed. Ook fijn dat ‘s avonds de kamer slaapklaar werd gemaakt inclusief nog een fijne attentie. •••Ontbijt: TOP, inclusief verschillende soorten vers fruit, prosecco, vers gebakken ei, kazen, honing van de imker, enzovoort. Het personeel brengt je met de glimlach zo veel koffie als je wil. Ook mooi zitten op het terras met de ochtendzon. •••Avondeten: fijne gerechten, mooi gepresenteerd, smaakvol en lekkere wijnen! Bediening ook TOP. Speciaal dankjewel aan Manuel voor de professionele bediening elke dag opnieuw! •••Wellness: zalig! Elke dag hebben we genoten van de sauna en de speciale opgietsessies. De saunameester doet dat prima! •••We verbleven hier 10 nachten en wandelden elke dag in het prachtige gebied! Dankzij de JokerCard zijn de meerdere kabelbanen en busritten gratis. Aanrader: het Tallschluss is prachtig! !! Ga naar Alpine Palace en laat je verwennen !!

Very nice experience that I wouldn't mind doing it again in the same way.

Hotel restaurant was very good, all hotel staff very kind, professional and ready to help. Spa and wellness was excellent, especially the person who works there - very kind/professional/providing exceptional service to all customers. Generally, the hotel premises were very good, well organized service and great location for skiing (next to one of the gondolas)! Ski storage in the hotel was also great, very good positioned, spacious and tidy.

The only issue we had was heating in the room on the 5th floor. I believe the rooms on the lower floors didn't have that problem, because it was a floor heated system.

Only slight complaint was that the reception seemed to be a little understaffed and had to wait a long time as only 1 person was there whenever I went.

Dogs. - I think that a hotel of this standard should not allow dogs.

Good and enjoyable stay, only the breakfast is worth it, so dont go half board

We were in a nice big room with a great view, everyone is very friendly

Wellnes area is not good enough for a 5 star hotel, and the restaurant is not even close to 5 stars

Still the only proper 5 star hotel in town, nice and recent construction without too much of the dusty alpine charm

Perfect stay! Brilliant drinks at bar

We had a very special stay at this place, want to thank Patrick at the bar for some incredible cocktails and recommendations. The place itself is absolutely stunning inside and out. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Will be visiting again for sure!!
