Expectativa X realidade: Ruim.

O hotel he maravilhoso, o cade da manhã sensacional.

Ficamos no hotel pela piscina aquecida e ao chegar no hotel tinha um aviso de indisponibilidade, porém ninguém avisou nada, no booking, não tinha aviso,não foi dado nada de cortesia pela ausência de uso, foi bem decepcionante. Falta comunicação dos funcionários ou do hotel na hora do check-in. Destaca-se a piscina nas fotos como uma das melhores da região e ao chegar e subir para usufruir depara-se com um aviso impresso na porta e nada mais.

Da atenção e hospitalidade dos profissionais do hotel. Todos são comprometidos em atender-nos conforme nossas solicitações. A localização é muito boa, por estar próximo de shopping, farmácia, supermercado e padaria.

Sugiro que o serviço de café da manhã oferte mais opções para clientes vegetarianos e que também tenha uma variedade maior de frutas.

Precisam reprogramar a logística do café da manhã

Localização. Lay-out do quarto Restaurante disponível. Palmas ao garçom que sozinho tentava ajudar a todos, com muita atenção.

Café da manhã faltando muitos itens, demora na reposição. Sem funcionários para auxiliar hóspedes com bagagens Funcionários do checkin sem cordialidade.

Decent hotel for work purposes, very good breakfast.

Breakfast very good (with healthy choices too). Good location, close distance to city mall and supermarket. Restaurant could have a but more choices in the night, but employees at restaurant always very welcoming. Reception team, at least for me, in the past, has been warmer.

towels could be better, but not big deal. Overall everything ok.

I would consider staying there again if I had no other option.

The staff was very friendly and polite.

the hotel lacks maintenance. the room room needs renovation as well as the building itself. Although the variety of food at breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs were cold, the sandwich maker was very dirty and there was burned cheese all over the hot surface. The pastries were delicious as well as the coffee.

The location. It is easy to get the city down town or take the high way to another places.

Old Hotel with old instalations, Swimming pool not working, staff was stressed due to many complains from customers at desk. (Other customers). The hotel needs a reforme to meet the standards from other hotels from the same Hotel-Group.

- very slow unstable internet. After calling reception, they wanted to return, but nobody called back - central aircondition plant in front of window. very loud -sewer smell in bathroom

Not a great value for money

The staff was very helpful. The room was bright and tidy. It has a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast was very limited. The swimming pool was dirty and we been told by staff that wasn't recommended to use it, on a sunny, 35 degrees day. For the price we paid, the whole experience was disappointing.
