Superb

The environment, the facilities and the restaurant.

The priority on the customer's discomfort. I had an issue with the remote control of the TV. I reported this issue to the customer service, however, the next day, I did not receive a solution.

Not having air conditioning. It was very annoying and frustrating. It is not acceptable not having air conditioning Not having WiFi .

Superb

An amazing resort, we loved staying here. Bungalow was perfect for our family. Restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend!

The hotel looks nice on photos, but comfort, food quality and hospitality were poor.

The location by the lakeside is great and views are excellent. The included breakfast was ok, but not great. The bartender at that time was very nice and made excellent cocktails. The shuttle service to the airport was also welcome (although you have to pay extra for it, the price was fair).

For the price, which is actually very high for the region, the room did not included air conditioning, which is actually important if you want a good rest at such hot region. The standard bedrooms, for some reason, do not have windows, which could be a concern if you are looking for some intimacy. I also have dinner at the hotel, because the town have actually very little restaurants and services open at night. I ordered a typical soup (Inchicapi) which was very salty. Although I complained about it, there was no response or apology from the hotel, which bothered me. Also, as today, I am still waiting the receipt for the services, which is also a prove that the hotel is paying taxes. Even smaller business in the region gave me receipts, so I expect them also to pay their taxes. SUNAT and Indecopi should take notice of such behavior.
