bad experience good conserge team

We like the concierge Group Katarina Radic and Jelena Parezanovic who's tried to help us after the crisis and the shame we we went through

The room is not clean, dirty toilets, sinks, sticky furniture, bins full of dirt from a previous guest and dirt from the day before. I had to clean late at night so my 10 year old could sleep. This is not 5 star service. They moved me to a bigger room but the bitter taste remained. I have never been so humiliated. The girls tried their best to help but at the end of the day even a big room can't help if your child doesn't sleep all night

Comfort and stylish

Hotel has over 50years history, but well maintained, trully 5* and still very comfortable. Perfect guest services and really helpfull staff are one of the strenghts (reception, concierge, valet parking). Swimming pool big enough for swimming, water maybe just a little too hot :) Whole spa area (incl. sauna, turkish bath, etc.) in very good standard provided. Spa area is open from 7 to 23. Delicious breakfast, full variety of meals.

Nice hotel, but not really a 5-star experience.

The staff were really nice and helpful, the location was pretty good and there's a nice view of the city from the room.

There were many issues with the room(s), particularly with the bath, as I was transferred to another room which had the same issues. On my last day, the room wasn't cleaned and the bath not drained (although I specifically asked for that and was told it will be done by the time I return to the hotel) - eventually it was cleaned but I had to wait a while in the lobby. The coffee cups in the room were some times not clean, other times missing.

En skön semester i Belgrad

Rymliga rum, jätteskön säng, stort badrum, gym, pool, spa mycket uppskattat. Trevlig personal, alltid tillgänglig och hjälpsam. Vid ankomst uppgraderades vårt rum och vi fick deluxe. Uppskattat :)

En anning slitna möbler och inredning men de kommer direkt och åtgärdar problem ifall man upptäcker nåt. Vid poolen "reserverar" gästerna sängstolar med att lämna handdukar på dem så att ingen annan tar dem men är inte fysiskt där och badar.

Oda yeterli genişlikte,rahat ve ferahtı.Kahvaltı çeşit bakımından gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi.Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olma gayreti içerisindeydi.Otel konum olarak gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde idi.Çocuklu bir aile olarak hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Sophisticated hotel

the atmosphere of the hotel was sophisticated and unique, and there were friendly personnel, the spa was small and nice, a big choice for breakfast

The room cleaning service can be improved, dirty cups were not exchanged which is strange for a 5 star hotel, due to the location the room was a bit noisy

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis zur Stadterkundung

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top, innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, wir wurden praktisch jeden Tag gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich sehr reichhaltig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch fürs Auto hat das Hotel eigene Parkplätze (inkl. Parkservice) für € 20 pro Nacht, was wir unbeding aufgrund des Parkplatzmangels in der Stadt empfehlen.

Uns hat dies zwar nicht gestört, dennoch möchten wir erwähnen, dass das Hotel mit 5 Sternen angeboten wird aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, d.h. das Mobilar (Bad, Kasten, Schreibtisch etc.) ist entsprechend abgenutzt. Der Wellnessbereich (Schwimmbad, Jakuzzi und 3 Sauna) wird von vielen Hotelgästen genutzt, dafür gibt es aber definitiv zu wenig Liegen.

Buono, ma necessita di accorgimenti

colazione con buffet molto ricco, e con svariate proposte tutte ad alta qualità. Il servizio navetta per l’aeroporto che risultava incluso è efficiente anche durante la notte (partenza ore 4.45), però ha un costo extra. Nel complesso nella hall si respira una nell’atmosfera da hotel internazionale di categoria.

partiamo dal peggior difetto che è stata la gestione della climatizzazione della camera, nella quale faceva davvero troppo caldo. Il riscaldamento si poteva solo spegnere, ma si sentiva ancora caldo (la temperatura ha raggiunto i 26 gradi). Chiamando la reception, mi è stato mandato un tecnico il quale mi ha confermato che si poteva solamente spegnere il riscaldamento perché regolato in modo centralizzato dall’hotel e quindi non si poteva diminuire autonomamente la temperatura. Poi altra cosa da segnalare è che la camera da me prenotata risultava avere vista sulla città, tuttavia essa aveva una discutibile vista su un cortile interno un po’ squallido.

Gutes Hotel zentral gelegenes Hotel für Dienstreisen, Paare und Einzelpersonen.

Beim Einchecken wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und von einer Aleksandra (Concierge) auf mein Zimmer begleitet, die für mich bei allen Belangen Ansprechpartnerin war. Sie organisierte auf mein Bitten hin einen Blumenstrauß mit Anlieferung im Hotel. Ich bekam sogar Skonto, weil ich über das Hotel bestellen ließ. Mein Zimmer war eine Junior Suite (ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad/Dusche/WC). Das Zimmer war mit viel Holz (dunkles Mobiliar) etwas dunkel, aber es kam genügend Licht durch die Zimmer und auch die Beleuchtung war optimal. Es gab sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer ein Flachbildschirm. W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform ausgesprochen gut und reichlich. Beim Betreten des Frühstückraumes wurde man gebeten ein Plastikhandschuh zu nehmen, um die Hygiene beim Selfservice am Buffet zu wahren. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und vom Flughafen ca. 30 Minuten entfernt.

Persönlich habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Außer Übernachtung habe ich mich recht kurz im Zimmer aufgehalten. Wenn jemand jedoch sehr kleinlich ist, der wird da und dort Ausbesserungsspuren entdecken, aber das ändert für mich nichts am Gesamteindruck.

Ein ansprechendes Hotel in bester Lage für eine Stadt-Erkundung

Sehr freundliches aber nicht zu aufdringliches Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Frühstück bot sowohl den internationalen Standard, als auch eher typische Gerichte. Es gibt ein Restaurant/Bar im 10 Stock mit netter Aussicht. Wifi funktioniert weitestgehend perfekt. Ich hatte keine Probleme an einem Teams-Call teilzunehmen inkl. Kamerabild.

Es ist jammern auf hohem Niveau: Das bitte nicht stören Schild fiel manchmal runter und es wurde daher trotzdem geklopft und gefragt ob die Zimmerreinigung erfolgen könnte. Wifi auf der Terrasse der Lobby-Bar ist nur sehr schwach zu empfangen.

Very nice place to stay in Belgrade

The wellness and fitness sections were very good, worth to try them. Room was well equipped and clean, staff was friendly. Big variety at breakfast.

Checkin process could have been faster and maybe an option to start breakfast earlier.

The hotel has 60s style which I loved. It felt a little bit like stepping into history of Belgrade. Very good value for money obviously.
