Exceptional

The staff was courteous and very helpful, they are very attentive and help us alot, more that i was expecting.

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

I would stay here again for sure - but will make sure to get one of the upgraded rooms.

Food was excellent- lots of options. Place was nice with a beautiful set up. Staff was friendly. Beach set up was incredible.

My hotel room was dingy and dimly lit. The bathrooms were old and had no counter space. The toilet paper was so thin. Shampoo/conditioner was combined and came in ketchup packets (women - bring your own hair stuff!!). Room cleaning was not great.

GREAT Beach, Bad Hotel

it has a great beach location. the staff is very friendly and helpful, but I found the entertainment staff caterers more to the Spanish speaking people

-The food was poor (not enough choices) some nites there was nothing that was even interesting. -the place is in poor shape , my balcony had rotten boards in many place and I wondered if one day it would collapse. - Didn’t have running water one morning. - maid dint show up til 5pm when she decided to show up at all. my second last nite she didn’t show up at all then the next nite (when I was sick all day but got out of my room for it to be cleaned) I came back to my room at 4:30 and the maid is sitting on the stairs on her phone. I waited but after 15 mins I went to bed sick, she knocked on my door 45 mins later but I didn’t get up, I was feeling so poorly. she would make my bed and change my towels but never swept the floor. -you were never given bottle water, soap, toilet paper in your room unless you asked. I stayed here many times but will not return to the same hotel again. - on cruise ship days there are too many chairs rented out, which makes it hard to find a chair to lay on - the new beach chairs they’ve invested in are the worse chairs to lay/sit on and the pool chairs are even worse. Maybe who ever is responsible for buying, should try spending a day or two on them.

bathroom was real bad there was no hot water,the faucets were outdated and they had a lot of corrosion including the shower head. the restroom wall had couple big holes. they only had one iron for all the rooms ,you were just allow to use it for 30 min.

1. They didn’t clean our room one day out of the 6 nights. I had to go twice to remind them to clean it. 2. No wifi in the rooms 3. Only wifi in the reception area where you get moskito bites like crazy 4. Not very good clean service in the rooms and bathrooms 5. Need to fumigate more often

First of all I had to say that I’m not a person who complained for little thing, if on vacation I enjoy every minute.🤗 I But i have to say that when I get to the room I didn’t liked, I when to the front desk and there it was a lady Kimberly she is the most sweet,calm,professional, kind person that you can Talk to,to resolve any kind of the issue.The staff in this hotel are rely nice.. The beach is wonderful. If you have kids they have this place that you can lived then there, and they take care and entertain them., if you are not a picky person the food is good..

There were a lot of choices for each meal. We were always sure to find something we liked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are not native Spanish speakers, but there was always someone that could help us in English.

The option to purchase the internet package for use in the rooms was not available.

the beach was super, friendly staff, excellent food selection and variations, very nice pool, hot showers, airport shuttle service.

No free internet coverage, i was told to get ready for the shuttle at 5:30am but it came at 6:30am

Deck around the pool has sticking up nail heads. I could easily injured my feet if walk bare feet.

Beach area is nice.

Food was terrible out of all all inclusive I hv been to.

The beach was nice and had plenty of shade if you needed it.

Bed rooms were not being cleaned, i had to ask reception to have someone come over to clean it. Buffet was very limited. Same show every night, karaoke every other day. Staff was not very friendly. Especially at the bars. Very limited choices of drinks. Seems like we bothered them everytime.

The bartenders were exceptional. Location beautiful, the winery was exquisite. & the late night activities offered in the hotel are nice.

The lack of enthusiasm from staff, & the lunch line/meal times should be more orderly & efficient.

The fact that the room wasn't clean and the music was loud every night did not make pleasant my stay

The food was all right, but there was no variety. The swimming pool area was good as well as the beach. There was a safe distance at the restaurant

One day we waited almost an hour to have our breakfast. There were only two ladies serving the food. The hotel should have at least three or four people serving the meals considering that it takes time to serve the food. The rooms were not clean properly. As I was getting ready to sleep the first night, there were spots of blood in the sheets. The sink and the shower were constantly plugged. Every night the music was pretty loud and it was impossible to sleep. The show did not end until 11 p.m. The person from the hotel in charge of the transportation is a irresponsible and unreliable person. One day previous to my check out I asked him if I needed to request a taxi on my own, or if the hotel would provide me the transportation. He told me that I needed to provide my name, my room number, and the time of my check out at the front desk. I went to the front desk at 10 a.m. on Sunday, gave my room number and the time I needed to leave for the airport. Later in the night, I came to the front desk to confirm that my request for transportation the following day was there. On Monday morning as I was making the checkout, the lady at the front desk told me that there was no transportation for me. She called the guy in charge, and he said that there was not request under my name or the room number. As I was in a hurry cause I might lose my flight, I asked him if he had already called for a taxi, and he said that he did not call a taxi because I did not request one. He did not show any interest in helping me in my situation, and he denied that my name was in the system requesting a cab when the previous night it was in the system. Is a disgrace to have someone like this guy working in this type of hotel. The main swimming pool is very good but there is no clear indication of the depth of the swimming pool. In the area of the shows at the night, it was crowded. So to me, it did not make sense to keep the distance for the meals and pack the people for the evening shows

I love this resort

everything about the hotel is great.

I don't like the fact that the beer aren't the local from honduras they have beer from another country.
