Felix the apartment owner allowed us to leave our cases as we arrived very early and then as soon as the apartment was ready we got in. Very clean comfortable everything we needed exceptional value would certainly recommend. Location great for supermarket a bit of a walk to the harbour but easily done as it was all flat.

Nothing loved it.

The location is ok. It's about 15 minute walk to the train station. A supermarket is nearby.

No extra bedsheets and pillows were provided. No vacuum cleaner at the property

Comfy, conveniently located, supermarket next door.

Bathroom needs ventilation, perhaps a extraction fan. Otherwise all good!

Excellent facilities, nice backyard, very attentive owner/manager.

Barking dogs at the neighbor, but it's not the property's fault.

Great stay

Located out of town, but great value and a pleasant walk to the seafront. Very clean easy to park and a balcony with bbq and a blackbird nesting.

Very pleasant, good price for the facilities.

The owner allowed me to check-in a couple of hours earlier than scheduled (something that's always welcome). The apartment was very well equipped, it had a great shower, and the large terrace was very nice.

Of course not the fault of the owner, but I could have done without the dogs barking at all hours of the day & night.

Good location but needs more attention to detail !

Location was excellent for me as it was next to the Algarve outlet and as l don`t drive was very easy to bring shopping back to the apartment. The apartment was very nicely laid out and comfortable, and with a nice kitchen.

However a few things spoilt it a bit for me. The worst thing was the barking dogs on that side, they lived in the tall apartment block next door and every time one barked it set the others off, even with the patio door closed it could be heard. Secondly, l would have preferred a bath instead of a shower, but the bath plug wouldn`t stay put so was unusable, also the plug in the hand wash basin didn`t stay in place either, so the water soon disappeared and needed to be filled again. Finally, the only cupboard that l could have put food in, like tins, or bread, pasta etc, the bottom shelf was missing so l had to put all these on top of the microwave and the table, not ideal !!

Love Olhao & Ria apartments.

Location is excellent. Next to Ria outlet with large Auchan supermarket. Bus & Train stations, Marina, Lidl, Aldi all within 15 mins walk. Apartment fully equipped and lovely roof terrace. Would book again.
