Lovely cottage. Very quiet and everything we needed for a weekend stay

Exceptional

Hosts were friendly and approachable; communication was great from the start, they provided clear directions to the property, kindly agreed to slightly earlier check in, and gave their contact details in case of any problems. The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Loved the extra little touches like folder of instructions for operation of appliances as well as suggestions for what to see/do in the area, books/movies for nights in, a large deep bathtub perfect for relaxation, super comfy bed, and the hamper of goodies that greeted us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

This great cottage in a quiet location.

The large main bedroom had lovely wooden shutters, which kept out the sunshine first thing in the morning, the nice courtyard garden was a sun trap and the cottage was only a few minutes drive to Hawkhurst.

The small kitchen area, but we don't do much cooking when we are away.

Great short break, we would consider doing it again.

Great central location for a number of National Trust and other places of interest. Naomi and Mark were very welcoming and approachable hosts, keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Their Coach House is lovely, clean and well presented in a quiet location. Pleasantly surprised by the generous basket of provisions which awaited our arrival.

That near is Bewl water lake with many atractions. Nice property interior.👍

The cupboard in the kitchen-with plates, cups and glasses was very low, and without door, it is not safe for young children.

Thanks for a lovely holiday

Lovely property quiet with central location for exploring Kent Owners lovely and very helpful and felt they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Generous lovely people

It’s difficult to give genuine comment when nothing goes wrong. However in our case there was a minor issue on our arrival but our hosts did everything they could to resolve within the hour. 10/10 on genuine care and super quick response.

Convenient, accessible and enjoyable.

I was met by a member of staff after entering the property site via the code controlled vehicle gate and they confirmed that the key was in the accommodation door lock.

Nothing, everything was excellent and as per the profile on the booking page.

Wedding weekend away,

We loved everything! From the welcome basket to the bedrooms. Everything was of superior quality and super comfortable. We were lucky enough to play in the gardens, the kids loved it!

Perfect stay very peaceful a lovely break. Will have to stay longer next time.

The property was very comfortable the bedrooms were spacious, it was a very peaceful location. The hosts Naomi and Mark were very helpful and kind even checking to see if everything was going well. We took our granddaughter who loved the bedroom upstairs. The spacious bed downstairs was so comfortable. The welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated. We would love to go back to this property. Lots of see and do in the area. Kevin & Pam

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

The Coach House is a wonderful place to stay. A very peaceful location, it was exactly what we needed after a super busy few weeks, but at the same time not far from places we wanted to visit. The welcome basket of essentials and other items was a really nice and much appreciated touch. Mark checked in throughout and was ready to help whenever we needed. We would definitely go back to the Coach House again!

Superb

The coach house was very well equipped, spacious and relaxing. The gift box of food and drink was very thoughtful and generous. Mark and Naomi were on hand to help if needed. Highly recommend.

Big rooms,clean, good quality furnishings! Very secure location in beautiful grounds. The owners had a left a beautiful hamper of welcome goodies and a very informative folder of local interests and facilities.

A real gem of a place for a tranquil break from everyday life.

The location was brilliant - extremely quiet, and very conveniently situated with so many places to visit. The Kent coast and villages, beautiful gardens, vineyards, National Trust sites, places for children to enjoy - all very near. Having access to the kind owners beautiful grounds with nature all around, with a tree house, tennis court etc.... something for everyone.

A warm welcome with a very comfortable and tranquil setting

We liked the warm and helpful welcome which made us feel quickly at home. A lovely touch was a basket brimful of goodies. The accommodation is comfortable, the location is quiet and peaceful with delightful surrounding views.

We could not find fault with anything. The accommodation was just perfect.

Romantic getaway & Family Friendly

Perfect setting for romantic getaway or family trip. The extras on arrival like a pint of bottled milk, butter, bread and machine coffee were very much welcomed. Very quiet area with secure parking, will definitely use again when in area.
