This gem of a cottage is situated on a large property surrounded by nature with 500 feet of shoreline.
Spacious and clean with all the amenities yet maintaining that Muskoka charm. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the water, outdoor fire pits, 2 wood burning fireplaces, large kitchen table, breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two comfortable main floor sitting areas to enjoy. One is located off the kitchen in an open concept design and the other has stunning views of the lake.
The cottage boasts 6 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and 4 upstairs. The Master (King Size Bed) and a Queen Size bedroom are located on the main floor. Upstairs you will find one King Size bedroom, 2 Queen Size bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed and a crib. All beds have down comforters and high quality cotton sheets.
Also located upstairs is a very large common area with additional beds (one double bed and two singles) and a extra large seating area with TV and DVD player.
Also available for your use are a washer and dryer, barbecue, 2 pack n' plays and a highchair.
You will also find board games and a fabulous collection of novels and books for your entertainment.

The Location
The cottage is very private and feels relatively secluded. However it is just a 15 minute drive to Gravenhurst, 45 minute drive to Mount St.Louis Moonstone and other local ski hills.
Renters are welcome to bring your own snowmobile to enjoy the fabulous trails in the area.
