Perfect for a large family or a few couples traveling together, this home offers free WiFi to keep everyone connected and several options for home entertainment including four cable TVs, a Blu-ray DVD player, a movie library, and Netflix streaming. Accessories for younger visitors are provided including a crib, high chair, Pack 'n Play, toys, and games. While you may want to just kick back and warm yourself indoors by the gas fireplace, this home also comes with a balcony and deck where you can breathe in the cool mountain air or fire up the gas grill and have a family cookout! If you are looking to prepare a more formal meal, the gourmet kitchen also has you covered with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
This rental is on a quiet, forested street only a mile south of town for convenient shopping and dining. During the summer months, visit Shaver Lake itself for hiking, swimming, boating, and fishing. When the snow is falling, head up to the China Peak Mountain Resort, just 20 miles north, for world-class skiing and snowboarding on over 1,200 acres. Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home with listening capabilities. These cameras cannot see inside the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
