Très très bien

Le cadre et la propreté, l'accueil, tout était au rdv, parfait, très bon lit, belle chambre, petit déjeuner extra, avec jus d'orange delicieux

L'accès par un virage en epingle dangeureux, et le parking sous un saule avec travaux à côté, la douche un peu étroite

Hotel elegido para trabajar, por su precio y proximidad con Castrelos. Estuve poco tiempo, muy bien.

El personal del hotel es muy atento. En una de las ocasiones tuve que salir del hotel muy temprano, y a pesar de que oficialmente el restaurante abre más tarde, pude desayunar a las 06.20h. La relación Calidad / Precio es imbatible.

Las habitaciones del piso superior que están abuhardilladas no cuentan con refrigeranción, y en julio tuve un par de noches complicadas por el calor.

Perfección

El entorno, lo bien ubicado, limpieza, atención de las chicas . El señor de mantenimiento un encanto , muy simpático y atento. Todo PERFECTO, muy buen. aparcamiento.El desayuno muy completo y variado. No sé puede pedir más, es la segunda vez que vamos y volveremos seguro.

Buena atención y bien ubicado para eventos en Castrelos

La habitación con balconcito estaba genial. Y en el jardín una maravilla de noche tomar algo. El personal muy amable y super servicial

Se escuchaba roncar al de la habitación de al lado y ruidos de gente entrando y saliendo. Y el desayuno no era muy variado.

Si tornem a Vigo repetirem

Personal molt atent i agradable. Hotel molt acollidor i molt ben situat sense haver d'estar enmig de Vigo. Esmorzar molt correcte i variat i opció de poder sopar quan arribes al vespre sigui l'hora que sigui amb menjar casolà

The hotel was beautiful. Had a nice room with balcony. Clean. Nice Breakfast area.

There was no Wi-Fi while I was there. Would have had dinner there but went to a local bar to get Wi-Fi. It was not as close to the Camino or downtown as I hoped but I should have checked the maps first.

Todo. El entorno y el jardín son mágicos. Las chicas del personal son muy amables, concretamente Raquel (no por nada, sino porque fue ella quién me atendió) se preocupó de que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta, es muy atenta. Repetiremos

Para la próxima estancia cogería una habitación superior.

El hotel un pazo señorial todo limpo y cuidado las instalaciones acogedoras el desayuno normal y variado, el café exquisito. por la noche también tenían cenas si quisieras quedar a cenar. El personal en general muy amable.

En la habitación que nos habíamos alojado nosotros. La ducha un poquito pequeña y salia un pequeño olor de las cañerías por la ducha,al usar los grifos hacían un poquito de ruido y las paredes no estaban insonorizadas, oyéndose hablar las habitaciones contiguas.

Senti-me dececionado. Instalações deixam muito a desejar

O horário e o espaço do pequeno-almoço é agradável. Os alimentos servidos também são de qualidade e suficientes.

O quarto era demasiado pequeno, em dimensão e em altura. O facto de ser uma umas águas-furtadas dificulta a circulação. Não tem equipamento suficiente de quarto: faltam tomadas elétricas, mesa sem espaço para sentar por estar demasiado perto da cama. O gel de banho não foi reposto, e duas saquetas para 2 pessoas e 2 noites é claramente insuficiente. Sem Ar-Condicionado, e janela claramente insuficiente. O estacionamento privativo do hotel é afastado, estava em obras e é escuro durante a noite.

Prima hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk diner (menu van de dag) en een heerlijk ontbijt. Dit hotel is een aanrader!

Quiet and great value for money

The location was great, and it was quiet. The staff provided excellent service. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it was a fantastic decision. The food was delicious, and we got a starter, main course, dessert, drink, and coffee for a great price.

I had an uncomfortable stay in one of the hotel's attic rooms. The space was cramped, there was poor ventilation, and the bathroom was so small that taking a shower was difficult. Additionally, during meal times, the smell of grease was overpowering in the corridors near the rooms.

Not a convenient location for those walking the Camino from Vigo

This Pazo was a good deal but it's very far off the main stretch of Camino. We had to walk through a very urban stretch of Vigo to really begin the heart of our route, about 4.5 km back/forth into town for those starting their Camino here. We ended up taking a taxi to get there from the train. However, it did offer an affordable pilgrim's meal for dinner onsite and included some hot items in the breakfast as well.

For some reason, we were unable to obtain a stamp (sello) for the Camino at this lodging. I am not sure if perhaps there was a miscommunication, but it was not offered even when it was clear that we were beginning our hike to Santiago the next day. Also, there was an unfortunate incident where kitchen smoke set off the alarm and the Pazo fire alarms could not be shut off for nearly an hour late into the night. It was very unfortunate for a night in the quiet countryside!

Very good

Very nice building, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable relaxing areas on the balconies. Rooms were comfortable and good value for money. The staff are really one of the best assets and made this stay very enjoyable. They were very friendly, accommodating and really helpful. Id go back just because of the staff extra effort.

The hotel is terrible value for the money you are paying.

The staff were very nice and tried to help us.

Our room was small and uncomfortable with mold on the walls and peeling paint. The bed's headboard was plastic and peeling with small bits of plastic falling on the bed and all over us. When we tried to get a new room, we were told they were fully booked and the best they could do was to put a sheet over the headboard. The location of the hotel was also not very good. It was over 4 km from the city center, forcing us to walk for over an hour or pay ten euros for a taxi every time we went to Vigo's old town. Lastly, the breakfast was sad and terrible: just a platter of cold pastries, meats, and various cheeses that looked like they had been sitting there for a while.

A beautiful old style hotel

A beautiful traditional hotel ("Pazo" means something like stately home). It deserves a 10 just for being what it is. Peace and quiet, excellent staff and a great cook!

The hotel was ok Breakfast was very good much better than dinner.

In the middle of no where so we were stuck eating there. Dinner was terrible and very expensive I had fish which was terrible and not offered any other fish. But other guests were given a different fish.

Friendly, great garden to chill, comfortable stay!

breakfast had a range of options: fruit, bread, cereal, fruit, tasty coffee and tea, yogurt, and more. To improve more I would add nuts. the staff were a delight, especially Ana and Noélia. super attentive and caring. My suggestion would be to up their salaries although I don't know what they are, or give them more support or holidays. They are ace! The room was comfortable, I would just add more hand soap.

Only a little sachet of liquid handsoap. I felt it was insufficient and also not eco friendly.
