About this house rental
The perfect house for that idyllic family getaway. It features a double deck, spacious living room, and a fabulous kitchen. Play a game of foosball, cook up some BBQ from our grill, or just relax and enjoy the view. Located in the desirable North Shore, it offers plenty of privacy and serene surroundings.
We are excited to share our new vacation home with you. We have 3 bedrooms and 5 beds plus a sofa bed. The primary bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom. The guest bedrooms are downstairs; one has a queen bed and the other has a queen and a set of bunk beds. Both guest rooms open onto the lower deck. Sorry no pets and absolutely no smoking inside also no smoking outside on the deck because of the fire danger. No loud parties.
Guests now have access to Lake Arrowhead's trails. When booking be sure to inform us of your desire to use the lake so we can tell you how to do it.

Our family spent a wonderful month at this lake view home, our first time staying on the North shore. You can clearly see Lake Arrowhead Village from the deck and the best view for 4th of JulyFireworks, not only was the view incredible, the light daily breeze felt amazing.
We spent a lot of time out on the decks, top deck was great for meals, sitting outside reading or enjoying a glass of wine, we also enjoyed the daily visit from a hawk that perched on a nearby tree keeping watch. The lower deck we used for yoga and mediation, as well as just sitting back and listening to nature.
The layout of the home was perfect for our family, not too big, not too small, the main floor holds the kitchen, living and dining room and 1/2 bath, the kitchen was well stocked with necessities and has a great counter top bar we used all the time, the dining room table can hold up to 8 guest and the living room has a great TV and comfortable sofa with a reclining section, there is also another area in the living room with a sofa and coffee table that I took over and use for jigsaw puzzles AND the foosball table was a hit with my teens.
Lower floor holds two bedrooms and bath, my teens loved having their own floor. The master bedroom and bath is the top floor and every morning the first thing you see when coming down the stairs is the incredible view, it instantly puts you in a good mood.
Located in a quiet neighborhood w/friendly neighbors made it the best vacation and Tom is a great host!

We loved staying in this home. The views of the lake were beautiful. And it was the perfect place to stay since we skied at Snow Valley and Big Bear. I personally loved the layout of the home, where we enjoyed the spacious living room with a fireplace, and the open plan kitchen for cooking together. We traveled as a family with adults, teenagers and a toddler and we all loved staying here. Perfect home for a group trip wanting to spend time together.

Our weekend trip from the OC was fantastic. The home is immaculate, absolutely incredible views, conveniently located close to parks, trails and the lakefront restaurant area. Communication from Tom was great. He even text the day off to let us know the house was ready for an early check-in. And text the last night to let us know we could stay beyond the 11 checkout if we needed more time. Terrific kitchen, living room space and balcony. We’ll be back for sure!

So the check in process was very simple and easy, it was nice that I was able to give the door code to my brother who got to the place 2 hours before I did. When I arrived it was a little difficult getting to the cabin due to it being on a small personal street but that little street made my stay that much better, having kids who are active, I felt comfortable amd safe letting them enjoy themselves out front while we Grilled burgers. The view from the main balcony is gorgeous, the whole place is very spacious. The 2 bottom rooms definitely stay cooler than the master bedroom on the top floor, A/C is available but it was not needed with the nice cool breeze the windows provide. The pictures do not show how great this place was. It was a 15min drive to "The village" but it a beautiful drive around the lake. Definitely would recommend and as well book again. Thank you Tom

Our family had an amazing time at this home! The view is spectacular, and the house was very clean and neat and had comfortable space for all of us. Tom did a great job of answering our questions and was very friendly.
I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise, and then playing foosball and cards with the family at night. It’s also a very easy drive to get to Lake Arrowhead village from the home. Would highly recommend!

Pretty much everything was at or above expectations. Amazing views from multiple decks, clean and updated, fun games. We’ll start here again.
The only hitch was a small problem with ants in the kitchen. Owner had apparently had property treated recently and will be doing so after we leave, so it’s unlikely to be an issue for upcoming stays.

Great accommodations with a spectacular view
A pleasant experience from booking to check out. Tom was attentive and commutative, providing all the information we could need. My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful spacious house. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could need. Sitting on the deck each morning the watching birds with an amazing view of the lake was definitely my favorite part of each day, so peaceful and serene. It was the perfect location to explore Lake Arrowhead and the surrounding areas. We'd definitely stay again if we're out that way.

The cabin was great for our 10 member family trip. It had just about everything we needed. Tom was easy and quick to communicate with. We would come back because of the view and the spacious living room.

Arrowhead Cabin
This cabin was perfect for us. We went with another family and we all enjoyed it, there was lots of room for us. Total of 4 adults and 5 children under 12. Arrowhead Village was a short 10-minute drive if that, and a local grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Great cabin and location with an incredible view of the lake.

Place and owner were amazing
My wife and I stayed at Tom's property for 5 days. It was all what we expected and more. The view and location of the property is beyond description, immaculate. Waking up to the view of the lake is just fabulous. We stayed in Lake Arrowhead multiple times and I can definitely say that this property is top notch.

The View!!!
We had a great stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. He accommodated us when we asked for an early check in. The views were my favorite part of the home and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the weather. The home was as described and comfortable for our family. There were some ants, mainly in the kitchen. I let the owner know and I am sure he will take care of them. I would recommend this home to anybody looking to stay in the Lake Arrowhead area.

View is magnificent
The house is tucked away in the mountains with lush green trees surrounding you as you sit in the balcony enjoying the view of the lake. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset very much. The village is less than 10 minutes away. We went to Lake Gregory for a day since you cannot use Lake Arrowhead. Access is prohibited to non-residents. There are great hiking trails nearby. The house had the perfect temperature at all times, so you don't have to worry about being too hot or too cold. The amenities in the house were nice and the host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely do it again.

Great Getaway Weekend!
The house was just what we needed for a great weekend with the family. It was clean and had enough things to do that we didn’t feel like we needed to leave the house. Spectacular View
Our family enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer. The location was awesome overlooking the lake with the snow covered mountains. Super clean and plenty of room for us to spread out. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed - Bathrooms stocked and clean - and for entertainment the fooseball table and board games were perfect. The communication was awesome and fast! Beautiful cabin
This cabin provided the rest we needed. The kids really liked the games at the cabin. The floor plan was ideal for our group; the master on the 3rd floor and 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor. The view was breath taking. We were lucky to come across a Friday night band just below us that played great blues and rock covers. We would definitely come back for another relaxation trip.

Stayed for a few days for my parents’ birthday. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Quaint, well-situated, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. And then there’s the view. THE VIEW! Mountain escape from the COVID crazy
Was supposed to fly back east to visit home, but given Coronovirus travel restrictions we opted to stay close to home and headed up to the mountains. Really liked the looks of this place and the view of the lake. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I certainly enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with the lake view. Through no fault of the owner, there are restrictions in place right now which did not allow us to use the lake. We tried other nearby lakes and also could not swim. However, we found other activities such as ATV riding, and rented a boat on Big Bear Lake. We brought bikes with us, but the neighborhood is very steep, as are the roads around the lake. We played a lot of games, read a lot, cooked enjoyable meals and were thankful for a change of pace after months of being stuck at home. I definitely recommend the home, it was comfortable and welcoming. And while it has no AC, using fans to draw in the cool night air made it great for sleeping. I’d stay there again. Thanks!

Wonderful lake view home
We had a very relaxing time in this home. The view is amazing. We enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning on the deck and watching the birds and boats on the lake. The house was very clean, comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. We barbecued each night on the grill. The house is three levels with master upstairs and main kitchen and living room area at the entrance level. The downstairs has two bedrooms with plenty of space. The upstairs never got too hot as long as we had window open with fan on.. our family had a blast playing foosball each night! The location was perfect for us with easy access to the off roading trails. The town is a short drive as are take out restaurants. The owner communicated very well and was quick to answer my questions about the area. We will definitely come back to this house again!

A place for peace and comfort
This cabin is beautifully taken care of and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's buried in beautiful green trees, it's well taken care of and it feels warm and inviting the second you walk in. My boyfriend and I stood on the deck and said our goodbyes to the view....every time we left the cabin to go on an adventure. The only thing I wish I would have known when booking was that the driveway is a bit bumpy and uneaven. I would have taken my boyfriend's truck instead of my lowered sports car. With a little careful navigation and very slow speed - it's still doable though.
Oh, the hosts are very flexible and communicative, they can answer any question you may have very quickly.
