los jardines son bonitos y tranquilos
El desayuno es bueno, pero no siempre vuelven a colocar lo que se ha acabado en el buffet
Desorganización en el personal para atender en la zona de la alberca, lo que genera que se confundan en lo solicitado y las cuentas

La alberca y el restaurante. Excelente buffet muy casero.
La parte dulce del buffet puede mejorar, el pan nada extraordinario, yogurt natural sin azúcar

Falta de limpieza en las instalaciones, feo servicio del personal, lámparas no sirven, no sirve TV, mal servicio en restaurante, no respetan precio de bufet en habitación dice una cosa y en el restaurante otra, falta de servicio, el interfón o teléfono de. La habitación no sirve, y así más detalles

Jardines muy bonitos
Teniendo la posibilidad de dar una experiencia de 10, el agua de albercas es muy fría, gerente seco, internet pésimo en area de habitaciones. No quedando ninguna atracción o lugar cómodo afuera para descansar durante la tarde-noche, adentro te ponen una pantalla de 28 pulgadas para tener una expencia muy envolvente (notese que no me gusto jeje).

breakfast was ok.
big room very small bathroom. Noisy room next to the cleaning station where you could hear conversations as clear as if they were in the room with us. No Safe.
