Flori met me at the apartment when I arrived and explained everything to me. She was so kind and even left us chilled glasses and cava. The apartment has spectacular views of the town, mountains and sea. Being on the 11th floor allows cool breezes to blow through the apartment and there were fans which were nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! I hope to return to this beautiful city one day and will definitely hope to stay at Flori's apartment again! Muchas Gracias!

Flori was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach, the downtown, and the train station. The view from the balcony is fantastic. 10/10, would stay here again!

Nice large flat - one double with very comfortable twin beds, and small room with bunk beds - Flori very pleasant and helpful.
Kitchen basic but serviceable. Excellent location only a short walk from everywhere, bit close to the railway line, which is why I have given 4 stars, light sleepers like me may notice the trains in the morning.

We stayed here in May for two weeks. The view from the balcony is fantastic looking over Sitges out to sea and also to the hills surrounding the town. It was lovely sitting out in the evening looking out over the town over a glass of wine. It's a ten minute stroll to the beach and also to the centre of the old town. We were not disturbed at all by our neighbours and the surrounding area was quiet, although you do hear the trains from the nearby railway line, this didn't bother us at all. The apartment is accurately shown in the listing images.
The apartment block is well maintained with a 25m pool in the grounds and grassed areas for sunbathing, the pool is not heated but was lovely for a cooling swim. The apartment is on the 11th floor one below the top and serviced by two small lifts. It has a large smart tv, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave with built in grill but no oven.
We were greeted by Flori on arrival at the entrance to the grounds, which was arranged via WhatAapp. Flori was very friendly and welcoming, we were shown around and given two sets of keys and a complementary bottle of cava which was much appreciated.
One thing to note is that after booking and making the first payment, Flori informed us that a 300 Euro deposit would be required payable directly to her upon arrival. This wasn't mentioned in the Vrbo listing and so was a surprise. It was still possible to cancel at this point and we were ok to go ahead. I do think it should be included in the listing though. Also after making the final payment it was mentioned that a "final cleaning" fee may be applicable if necessary, it was not explained how much this would be but we left the apartment clean and tidy and recieved our full deposit back.
I recommend this apartment for a stay in Sitges escecially with those amazing views, it's ideal for couples and Flori is a genuine and welcoming host.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette location. Elle était bien située car très proche à pied de la vieille ville. En plus ce n’était pas bruyant, même à la piscine. Enfin la propriétaire, Mme F. Martí, était très sympathique et humaine. Nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter avec elle.

Appartement avec vue magnifique
Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situe, a 5 minutes a pieds de la plage et du centre-ville, très calme et avec une magnifique piscine que j'ai utilisé tous les matins avant de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Je vais surement retourner dans cet appartement pour mes prochaines vacances à sitges.

Why did we pick this apartment? I was looking for a place to stay close to the beach and close to the train station, since we planned to visit Barcelona a couple times. Both is about a 10 min walk.
The apartment had everything we needed and a very nice view over the city as well. The pool was used by many but never over crowded.
Just be advised that the train is really close and you can hear it, which did not bother us.
Even though Flori mentioned that she wouldn’t speak any English I didn’t notice – the communication was perfect and easy.

L’appartement est situé dans une zone résidentielle très calme et sécurisée avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur la montagne. Un accès facile qui permet de faire tout à pieds à Sitges. Il dispose de toutes commodités, tv dans le living et chambre à coucher et électroménager plus que complet, mobilier confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Flori qui s’est montrée disponible et serviable. Tout ce qu’il faut pour réussir ses vacances . A recommander!!!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung
Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) waren in der zweiten Maihälfte 2018 elf Tage in dieser Wohnung. Uns hat es hervorragend gefallen. Der Pool war toll. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet (Nähe Strand, Innenstadt, Bahnhof). Der Zugang zur Wohnanlage ist gesichert. Dadurch ist auch immer ein Parkplatz frei. Zugverbindung nach Barcelona perfekt. W-Lan gibt es in der Wohnung nicht, was uns nichts ausgemacht hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A nice and clean appartement. Everything you need is there. The view over Sitges is famtastic, and in two minutes walk you are in the heart of the town.

Séjour magnifique, notre hôte était disponible, et tout s'est bien passé. La localisation de l'appartement etait idéal et nous avons tout pu faire à pied. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons ce logement.

Appartement moderne tout confort, meublé avec beaucoup de goût.
Literies confortables - Douche à l'italienne, 2 téléviseurs Samsung grand écran (séjour et chambre parentale). 1 mini chaine radio + lecteur CD Onkio. 1 machine à espresso "Tassimo". Ustensiles de cuisine au complet. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas le WiFi.
Un petit regret : le lave vaisselle était en panne.
La grande piscine au pied des immeubles est bien entretenue ainsi que les pelouses.
Du grand balcon du11e étage la vue est magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes.
Petit inconvénient : la proximité de la voie ferrée en raison du bruit des trains.
La propriétaire est accueillante et parle français.
En conclusion : Un appartement de charme pour des vacances réussies

Muy bien situado y con unas vistas espectaculares de Sitges
El apartamento está muy completo, con todo tipo de menaje, pequeños electrodomésticos, juegos, etc. Está cerca de la playa y del centro pero en un lugar tranquilo: sólo los trenes te quitan algo de esa calma, pero tampoco es problemático.
La piscina y aparcamiento de la finca están muy bien ya que aparcar es difícil en Sitges.
Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares!!!

Amazing Flat, with beautiful views, highly recommend to stay here!
We stayed in the flat for 8 days in June, its exactly as pictured on the website and has all the mod cons you need for your stay. Its 5-10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants in Sitges and another 5-10 mins walk in the other direction to get to the supermarket and main train station. The pool on site is lovely and very clean, you can use the umbrella outside on the warmer days to keep cool, there is also ping pong tables and a park on site for children to play in. The location is perfect for your stay, very secure and safe! The favourite part of our stay was waking up every morning and drinking coffee on the balcony, the view is something else! I miss it every day since we left!! Flori was great and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We will be back again and we will stay here again when we return. Thanks again for everything Flori :)

zum Strand und zum Bahnhof einige Gehminuten. Flughafenbus um die Ecke.
Lebhafter Ort und vielen Bars und Restaurants.
Was mich am Strand gestört hat, sind die hohen Kosten für Liegen und Schirme (19 € für einen Schirm und zwei Liegen pro Tag), während es gleichzeitig keine richtigen Toiletten am Strand gibt.

Super location
Je recommande cette location, qui est très bien placée dans Sitgès. La résidence possède une piscine agréable, à 500m de la plage et du centre ville. La ville est calme, on se sent à l'aise. La vue depuis l'appartement est dégagée. Il faut seulement accepter le bruit des trains, pas gênant de jour, mais nécessitant de fermer les fenêtres la nuit. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé (lave vaisselle et lave linge), et assez grand pour notre famille de 5. Nous reviendrons.
