LARGE VILLA BY THE SEA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND PADDLE - DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH

This beautiful villa is situated BY THE SEA, in a privileged place. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, just within an 8 minutes drive from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

Its excellent location allows you to enjoy FANTASTIC PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñón de Ifach. Next, to the house, you will find the stairs that offer you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Few steps separate you from the crystal clear waters of this quiet cove, ideal for diving and snorkelling thanks to the richness of its submarine flora and fauna.

This beautiful villa is very spacious, comfortable and luminous, ideal for families with children.
It has a large enclosed pool, a private paddle court, a barbecue area, a playground for kids, a large garden with many trees and parking for 2 cars. At the top of one of the houses, you will find a small solarium terrace, where you will be able to sunbathe and enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the sea and of the mountains.

The villa is divided into three independent housings, one with three bedrooms, one with two bedrooms and the third one with one bedroom. Two of the houses have their own kitchens. The three housings, the pool, the gardens and the paddle are part of one and only one property and is rented as it is, that is it won’t be shared with other clients.

The main house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower. It also owns a large kitchen, Internet access (WIFI) and TV with multilingual satellite. Next to the main house are two large terraces, one with a pool and two shaded areas with hammocks and chairs, the other with a large table and a barbecue.

The second house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One room has a double bed and the other one is very large and has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. In this room, you can easily put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night). One room in this house disposes of a terrace with a table and the other one of a large porch with tables and sofas. This second house has no dining room or kitchen.

The third house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a separate kitchen. In the living room, there is also the possibility to put an extra bed (for an extra cost of 13€ /night) This house is located next to the paddle court and the garden and has a terrace with a table.

In total there are 6 rooms and all of them have air conditioning and heating. The main room also has air conditioning/heating and a fireplace with a glass door.

A FANTASTIC HOUSE BY THE SEA WHERE YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES WILL ENJOY THE IDEAL HOME RENTAL!

IMPORTANT:
Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
If you want to bring your pets you will have to inform the company of the breed and size in advance.
Mass celebrations are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are allowed. It is not allowed to spend the night in the house more people of his capacity.
It is forbidden to smoke and to light candles inside the house.

Almost everything: -Paddle, basket, football court -Ping Pong table -An extra kitchen to make paella -Barbeque in the garden -Swimming Pool -View -Distance from the sea -Helpful staff (thank You Hector!) -Garden -high level of cleanliness There was an unpleasant smell in one bathroom (probably there is a problem with the drain). This is a small detail though :)

It's great that there's a paddle court The space in and around the house The location, calm yet close to shops and beach of Moraira Solhabitat service is good The whole house is up for a modernization Mattresses in the main house are very old, you can feel the springs The concrete of the paddle court is full of cracks, net is broken, gate is broken The main gate to the parking is not automatic which is a shame for such a villa A lot of things are broken (lamps, bbq, door handles

Mucho espacio para encontrar esos momentos de soledad junto con otros para la convivencia, vistas maravillosas, la piscina y la pista de pádel increíbles, muy cómoda en movilidad, menaje en general suficiente. El servicio de limpieza de piscina y jardín muy bueno, igual que la atención de la agencia Deberían realizar un Check list para confirmar que todo está preparado para la entrada, nos fallaron dos aires acondicionados y el gas para cocinar el segundo día

Relación calidad precio muy buena. Una casa bonita, con muchos rincones encantadores. Menaje bastante completo. El trato con el responsable de la agencia muy agradable y atento. La ubicación. Un pelín mantenimiento, varias puertas no cerraban bien, algunos inodoros no tragan bien y el olor a cerrado de algunas estancias. La primera casa según entras, austera, sin lamparas en las mesillas, la cortina de ducha mejorable...en general pequeños detalles sin demasiada relevancia (por lo menos para nuestro grupo).

Una semana perfecta,la ubicación es excelente sobre todo para bucear,muy buenas comunicaciones y un supermercado cercano con muy buen surtido. El trato con la agencia muy bueno y la atención excelente. En cuanto al alojamiento correcto sin lujos pero funcional y cómodo. Surgió un problema con los desagües pero se solucionó con rapidez por parte de la agencia. En conjunto no se pueden poner pegas,buena relación calidad precio Almohadas algo incomodas para nuestro gusto. Más tumbonas en relación a la capacidad del alojamiento,ajuar de cocina algo corto.

This was a perfect Villa for our large group. 6 adults & 4 children. Plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. Great outside dining and lounging. The Padel court was used daily as was the pool. The Villa is comfortable, well stocked and perfect for our needs. We’ve booked an additional stay already. Our experience with the office and Christine was excellent!

We relly injoyed the stay in this wonderfull house on the perfect location. The house is fully equipted for af large family and have a lot of editional things such as - Standup pladdlebords, kayak, tabletennis and most of all a paddletenniscourt. The plumming in the main house needs a bit of care. Sometimes there is af faul smell in the house due to a plummingproblem.
