A unique Vail Valley vacation starts with this large private home getaway, which features a phenomenal location, a comfortable interior, and a beautiful mountain backdrop. With room for multiple families or large groups, over three floors, this home offers ample space for everyone to relax and spread out in. *Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!Located in the quiet neighborhood behind Donovan Park, this residence provides a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to city conveniences. Vail is less than 1/2 mile away, so you're just a few minutes from cafes, restaurants, and retailers. There are several hiking trails nearby and if you're visiting in winter, you're less than two miles from the Lionshead Gondola.Regardless of how you plan to spend your vacation days, this charming property makes an excellent home base for all manner of activities. Stretch out and relax on the couches while you catch up on your reading, or use the well-appointed, newly renovated kitchen featuring brand new stainless steel appliances to put together an après-ski snack. The fireplaces make it easy to warm up, while free WIFI lets you stay updated and entertained. The top level has the master bedroom with a 4-poster King bed and private en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom with shower/tub combo in the hall. The third guest bedroom has twin bunk beds, large closet and amazing views. All bedding and mattresses are comfy and cozy.Going down to the main level, you have the open kitchen/living/dining area. The bright living area has large windows, a beautiful gas stone fireplace, two seating areas, decorative chairs and a large flat panel TV. The deck off the living room has table and chairs and offers picturesque views and breathtaking mountainscapes. The dining area has a large table for 6 and 2 breakfast bar stools. The deck off the kitchen offers a brand new hot tub, waterfall, gas grill, outdoor seating and beautiful views of the mountains. This is a wonderful place to have morning coffee and/or happy hour cocktails. Also, on this level you will find the heated garage.Head down into the lower level to find another living room with a fireplace, large play pen couch, flat screen TV, bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stacked washer/dryer. There is even another newly renovated kitchen area complete with refrigerator, sink and microwave. This home really does have it all and as it’s nestled against the mountain, you might see some Colorado wildlife!

The SkyRun Advantage: All SkyRun Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Great Home for Skiing in Vail

Our family enjoyed a long ski weekend at this home in West Vail. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends. Sleeping accommodations are plentiful and well spread out. The living area on the ground floor was ideal for our group of 7 people. The kitchen is set up well for meal preparation. We cooked in twice during our stay with no problem and the outdoor grill worked perfectly. The house is very comfortable, in a great location, and has ample parking. A great option for a ski trip. The ample, private outdoor living area suggests that it would also work great for a summer or fall trip to the mountains.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. My family and I stayed here over the July 4th holiday after celebrating a wedding and our time could not have been more perfect. The house was comfortable for everyone and had plenty of space for all the adults and my little ones to spread out. Your neighbors are so friendly and we appreciated how kind the property manager was in being so responsive and providing a pack-n-play. Thank you again, and I would definitely return and recommend your home to other travelers.

We really enjoyed our stay because of the layout of the house. We had two families staying here for 5 days and we felt very comfortable. We did have a few problems. The master bathroom sinks stopped up quickly with the first use. We called and had someone come fix it. It did not fix the problem at all. Then, the next day someone came out and snaked the pipes and found the problem in the wall and then it was fixed. Also, the basement queen mattress sagged in the middle so that two adults were miserable sleeping there. All in all, we loved everything else about the location and the house.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We were 9 people and the home is very spacious. The fact that it has 3 1/2 bathrooms made it easier It is very close to the slopes. After a long day of skiing we enjoyed the jacuzzi and played board games that the house had. We made dinner some nights and the place had all the pans and utensils we needed. Great cozy home for large groups.
