Lovely but would have expected better service

The woman in reception, the view and the rooms with lovely interior and balcony

The service of the breakfast personnel (eg we were told there would be savoury breakfast during check in and the men laughed at us when we asked for it, they could not make omelettes only scrambled, I had an insect in my scrambled egg and we could not comunícate around it, e.g they could have asked the woman in reception for support to answer our questions if they don’t know English)

fantastic location, beautiful setting, weel equipped rooms.

staff has to be trained in what real hospitality means. here the hotel can make a huge improvement. its about friendliness, giving a guest the real feeling that he is welcome. that was what is missing here

the hotel is in a beautiful area which is so peaceful, and the host is amazing.

the lady at reception (maybe owner?) was amazing. she made everything possible and with no fuss at all. she was really helpful with every request. the sauna and pool were also great after a day out.

the restaurant was so so, and the morning waiters were strict (eg the restaurant is facing the beautiful mountain, but they insisted on seating us at the back of the restaurant due to our number, instead off allowing us to enjoy the view and scenery).

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Modern, renovated hotel. The staff was lovely and catered to all our needs. We especially loved the food which was rich and abundant! The views were breathtaking! Definitely returning!

The beds were quite hard but then the staff went out of their way to get extra padding as all the rooms were booked up during the holidays. Very much appreciated. There was some dust on some furniture.

Fantastic holidays

We had a great stay at Maison Tissiere. Staff was exeptionally helpful and attentive. Hotel is furnished to make you feel cosy with opportunity to experience Italian character. Dinners had 4 courses with great variety and very tastefull. I would rank hotel and service 4 stars instead of 3!!

Amazing place with extremely nice people. Our small dog was absolutely happy as well because Hotel staff took care of her when we went out to ski! This is one of the truly best experiences of hotels in my life! loved it

Superb

Our visit was really a pleasant surprise. The room was big with a great view to the alps. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good and kitchen will prepare omelets and pancakes etc. We will come to place again.

Fabulous

Maison Tissiere met my expectation. Quite and relaxing venue, with a very nice swimming pool and sauna facilities. Restaurant was excellent, both for quality and variety. Wine list also excellent!

I had two bathrooms in my family room, but one of the two was not ready (no heating and some furnitures/lighs to be still installed).
