Location is great.

Place hasn't been upgraded ever. No dish washer. Seating and bedding worn out and uncomfortable. Most furniture is falling apart. Can't turn ac down past 74 degrees due to screw in wall.

I will never rent another Vacasa property. I called to inform them that the property had leftover construction materials, especially siding, in various parts of the yard and blocking the deck. I also let them know the kitchen was not properly clean and the fridge lacked shelves on the door which made it difficult to buy sufficient groceries. They gave me the number for the local rep. who I called within an hour of checking in. I continued calling daily and leaving messages for 4 days during which time nothing got done. I accidentally tripped on the siding and cut my legs in several places to the point of needing to got to an urgent care. On the 4th day I called the rep. again and she finally answered. She said she was on vacation and there was no one to take her place while she was away!!! She didn’t seem very interested in the state of the property nor us. I asked for 1/2 the rental amount back given we were more than 1/2 way through our stay. She said it’s peak season and no one is going to do that. She promised things would get cleaned and siding removed. It never did.

The place needs some upgrades. Furniture awful. Mattress old and not comfortable.

The fact that we werent able to use the grill. It was not cleaned and a lot of rust.

The beds were uncomfortable Nobody slept well at all The water pump is to loud ( the door helps) Downstairs shower doesn't work

The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood and it’s peaceful. It’s not far from the shopping are or the beach. We was about to relax in the deck and enjoy the nice view.

I didn’t like how some of the cooking supplies was a little outdated. The couchS and furnitures need to be updated to at least Ikea stuff if you can’t afforded it. The washer wasn’t working and they left two rolls of toilet papers with no extra supplies. The house was mainly carpet but I have no clue where the vacuum was. I wish they threw away the old stuff and replace it with items that can be used. I bought my own paper plates, pots, pans and knives because the stuff there didn’t seem clean. Also bring air freshener because it have a odor in the house that felt uncomfortable to me.
