Fantastic Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were greeted by the owner Fabio on our arrival who made us feel really welcome The room was immaculate, comfortable and really cool, this was due to the underfloor system as explained by Fabio. The room was cleaned every day with new towels etc. Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit (which my wife loved), cakes, croissants and savoury options. I also had boiled eggs and soldiers each morning 👍. The pool was amazing and the off street parking really secure. The walk into Peschiera was just over 5 minutes and the Penny Market down the street was remarkably cheap. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. 👌

Perfect for a stay at lake garda.

Fabio is really nice person and doing everything to make the stay excellent! Although he had a really hard time with the damage of his property because of the hailstorm… We really enjoyed the pool.

So relaxing - a real home from home

Villa Luisa was very central- close to bus routes/10 minutes walk to train station Breakfast wax great - everything we needed and more Fabio was so friendly Swimming pool was a good size-, not too deep Never crowded

We enjoyed everything It normally takes me a few days to unwind on holidays - I felt relaxed from day 1

Location is amazing almost center of the town (5 min walk) but very calm place, own protected parking. Rooms spacious stylish and clean, well conditioned, automatic blinders, washing machine. Owner Fabio is very helpful and friendly. Other staff was friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast. Daily cleaning of apartments. Swimming pool is nice and clean. Overall atmosphere is laid-back, friendly and calm. Ideal for families. Easy access to Verona/Sirmione/Venice

This is a family run small hotel or B&B, the breakfast has everything you may want and more. The owners are very welcoming and generously share the best tips. A walking distance to the center of town. The pool was a treat after a long day (especially after one of the hottest days !) The room and bathroom are spotless as the whole facility. A/C working great. We will definitely go back!

Villa Luisa,

Fabio and his family could not be any more helpful. The rooms are fantastic and immaculately cleaned every day. Breakfast selection was very good also. The location of Villa Luisa is ideal for train and bus travel, but also adequate parking for car rental. There is supermarket only 100m away. Very good Restaurant also within 100m sosta e Gusta, recommended by Fabio also. I highly recommend Villa Luisa

Exceptional

Stylish, spacious and a great host. Good bed, shower, breakfast and a host that helped us make decisions for the days we were there. The ferries enabled us to visit the stunning villages around the lake. Very reasonable prices and Verona (20 minutes on the train) is a must.

From the moment we met Fabio we were in good hands Fabio was an excellent host he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and he even spent ages trying to print out our boarding passes for our return flights. The room was very clean and nothing was a problem. Fabio always had a smile whenever we met him. We would certainly recommend anyone to visit Villas Louisa when they holiday in Pashiera del Garda.

Excellent place to stay in Peschiera del Garda.

Fabio is an amazing host. The room was spacious and everything was very new and modern. The room was cleaned daily as a service. Breakfast was delicious with many options, and the hosts provided good care in terms of additional requests, questions and recommendations. All in all a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend staying at Villa Luisa!

Absolutely thrilled with this accommodation. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Perfect gem of accommodation. Location excellent, 10 mins to train station, lake, old town and restaurants and 2 mins to supermarket. Breakfast selection excellent, host very friendly and attentive, large family room cleaned daily. Good air con and blinds to keep out heat and noise. Comfy beds, lovely pool.

Although location is on a busy road, with the excellent double glazed windows and electric shutters the noise was minimal.

Highly recommended residence

The residence is very cozy and renovated. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day , the residence has very nice pool. The host Fabio is really great, ready to help at any matter at any hour. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We will come back again and surely recommend it!

Comfortable apartment in pleasant town

Everything was fine - the owner (Fabio) was kind, the apartment was nice, clean and spacious, the breakfast was adequate, the pool was refreshing (especially for kids)... The town is pleasant and you don´t need to use car to get to the centre... We were very satisfied and would like to come again (and highly recommend to the others) !

Only small "technical" problems with aircondition and shower, or missing paper towels in the kitchen - but nothing important (for sure not "spoiling" our good impression in general)...

Friendly and great location

The owner Fabio is so so friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was good. The location is great it is close to the bus/train station and only 5/10 minute walk into the centre of peschiera. We had a very enjoyable stay!

New villa, well maintained, comfortable sleep, good location, friendly and very helpfull host, daily cleaning and fresh towels.

Missing of elevator with luggage on 2nd floor was challenging. Some fresh vegetables for breakfast might be nice. Proposal for improvement: hanging hooks in the bathroom /any room.

Very clean and cozy b&b, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, modern cooling system and a lot of space in the room. Very nice and relaxing swimming pool area (to me it looked better than on photos). The only minus is a soundproofing: in the mornings you can hear people going to breakfast and talking. But windows are very good, you can’t hear the cars outside (we were there in the EURO 2020 final night, so there was a chance to test it:)) Overall great place to stay. Fabio is a great host, you will get all the needed information and recommendations if needed, thank you!
