Absolutely delabolick.

We waited 2 hrs to get in hotel ir was dirty untidy unpleasant, we had to use it there were no other options stay well away

Exceptional

The staff, food, rooms, and service were all amazing. I wish I could give this rating a 6/5 stars! Vincent and Nadine made our experience traveling for the formula 1 race unforgettable.

Very nice spacious room with great day light.

The space had lovely day light. Seemed very new and clean. Verg spacious aswell.

Everything was perfect. Although we did miss a water boiler. To make some tea or coffee.

Terrible. We tried to move the room but the next morning we were unable to find the hotel manager.

There was no breakfast and the restaurant that was attached had "no room" for us to eat dinner.

We could not check in properly nor check out. There is no front desk and the proprietor was unavailable for 1.5 hours before we could reach him to receive instructions for check in. Shower was broken, room was dirty. Spider webs all over the ceilings. "Third" room/bed was not a heated space.

Disappointing

The breakfast was a simple but delicious buffet each morning, included in the room price. The restaurant was charming. I ate dinner there one evening and it was excellent. The host and owner, Vincent Close was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had in regards to my stay there.

I booked a suite with Hotel L'Epirit, located in what I thought was a secure building down a few from the main hotel and restaurant. On my last night there I was awakened at 4 am by the sound of someone opening my door with a key. I called out to ask what they were doing and they quickly closed the door and ran away. I checked the door and it was unlocked by this person. I was really spooked that there isn't a way to secure myself in the room, and wasn't able to get back to sleep after this happened. I left very early and wasn't able to talk to the owner, Vincent Close about it. I emailed him directly when I arrived home over a week ago and haven't received a response. After such a lovely stay in a large, comfortable, clean room, I'm sad to say I wouldn't stay there again knowing that without an inner lock of some kind to prevent this, anyone with a key can access the room .

Great breakfast, lots of choice, amazing bread, overall very good, very good staff, friendly. Room was clean and had some extra’s luxury’s like shampoo etc.

Would have preferred a show curtain with the bathtub for showering. But thats a minor thing

Awesome job!

Food, service and the staff/owners were wonderful. We visited during the Belgian GP and Vincent made the experience hassle free.

No AC and the room was a little dated. But these are small gripes and had minimal effect on the experience.

Good friendly hotel in great location.

Clean comfortable accommodation, convenient for Spa Circuit. Friendly helpful staff. We booked the triple rooms and they were a good size. Breakfast was excellent.
