Ár-érték arányban egy kiváló választás, akinek fontos egy medencés hotel, amely közel van a városhoz

A reggeli bőséges, a szálloda kategóriájában kiváló volt. A tengerpart, illetve a város közelsége miatt mindenképp egy jó jó választás. A szálloda kinti része (medence, kert) kivételesen igényes.

A falak vékonyak, emiatt a zaj áthallatszik kissé.

Hotel para familias no para parejas

Hotel rodeado de naturaleza, hay buen espacio, es un buen hotel para familias con niños ya que tienen mesas de Ping pong, piscina, entretenimiento, etc

Se nota que el hotel está anticuado, el aire no funciona muy bien y el ascensor para subir a las habitaciones deberían revisarlo ya que había que pedirlo varias veces hasta que de verdad venía, se cerraban las puertas en tu cara hasta que volvías a darle al botón . El desayuno muy básico sin nada a destacar. La piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece y además no hay nadie que regule el comportamiento de los niños, que saltan, etc cuando está especificado que no se puede. El personal muy seco no nos explicaron nada del hotel. El spa era de pago por lo que escuche a otras personas pero nunca se nos explico nada de las instalaciones. Honestamente si vas en pareja no es un buen hotel, si vas en familia si.

Excel·lent

Fantàstica relació qualitat-preu. Uns exteriors molt grans, amb una piscina gran, jacuzzi, jardí a la vora i altres zones de jardins amb zones per relaxar-se. Bon servei de barra lliure pels àpats, menjar molt bo i variat. Hi ha spa on també fan diferents tipus de massatges. S'hi arriba molt ràpid des de l'estació d'autobusos i a peu s'hi arriba a tot arreu.

Relación calidad-precio muy buena

Es un hotel con una excelente ubicación, las personas que trabajan en el hotel son excelentes, muy atentas y cercanas. La comida un diez, sana y abundante. Me hice un masaje terapéutico con Genesis en el spa del hotel. Una masajista excepcional.

Aparcar es un poco complicado por la ubicación del hotel, pero con paciencia al final siempre encuentras algún sitio

El personal muy amable

El aire condicionado de la habitación a penas enfriaba, por la noche teníamos que abrir la ventana ya que no se podía dormir del calor. Avisamos a recepción pero no tuvimos ninguna noticia. El ascensor es muy pequeño (aunque indica que es para 6 no caben más de 2 personas) nuestra habitación estaba en la 4A planta y la mayoría de veces subíamos y bajábamos por las escaleras puesto que siempre estaba ocupado

Hôtel familial très bien situé par rapport à l’ancienne ville.

Le personnel est très serviable. Le Spa propose des massages de qualité à des prix raisonnables. La nourriture est locale et il y a beaucoup de choix.

Les lits sont un peu durs.

Ideal para parejas sin niños

La decoración es preciosa. Jacuzzi exterior a 30º. Hay una zona en el jardín solo para adultos con "camas" para relajarse, poder leer o toma el sol.

Cuando llegamos el parking estaba lleno, pero pudimos aparcar en una calle a 10'del hotel. La cena correcta, pero no hay muchas opciones para niños. Por la noche hubo un espectáculo, la música está muy alta y llega a molestar si estas en el salón o en las habitaciones del 2º piso. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo lo de los de la puerta de al lado. El spa cuesta 12€ 50', el agua esta bastante fría, no dejan entrar a los niños (ojo en su web pone que dispone de piscina climatizada para niños, no es verdad)

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt und die Straße runter ist man auch direkt am Meer. Frühstück war gut. Preise an der Bar sehr günstig 👍 die Aussicht vom Balkon 👌

Our second fantastic stay at Neptuno.

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

My only complaint is the awful lounge-muzak, which goes on all over the hotel during daytime. You meet the muzak in the corridors and in the outside terrace/pool...sleepy, dull, awful muzak - bad singers doing coverversions of standard popsongs. Same tapes every day. Really, We are in Spain - if you have to play music, play sone local stuff.

Convenient family trip.

The outdoor area is very nice and well maintained. proximity to downtown and beach is extremely good.

One part of the accommodation is very old style as well as decoration. Rooms are rather small and with basic commodities.

Solo motorcyclist

Travelling on a motorcycle, I was allowed to park on the back for free. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean and modern hotel. Excellent location, around 5 minutes from the beach, multiple restaurants within 5 minute walk. Fast check-in, only a couple of minutes from my reservation.

Room was a bit cold but extra blanket was provided.

A superb break, just before the hotel closed for the season. Will definitely recommend to others. Meal were superb. Entertainment was provided one night - despite so close to end of season

Great reasonably priced hotel, great breakfast, needs soundproofing.

Room was very spacious, good shower, nice balcony overlooking the pool area with seating. Jacuzzi was good. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

Our room 120 was directly above what must have been the kitchen and we woken at 4am to lots of banging in the kitchen, room not sound proofed at all, air con was very noisy even though fan was off and what sounded like a water tank in the wall was very loud. Both nights did not sleep well due to the noise in the early hours

Extremely noisy Breakfast/dining room due to cutlery and crockery. Very thin walls in the Bedrooms. Shower room comprised of a bath with shower over and curtain. Despite promotional photo of modern walk-in Shower with glass screen.

Ideal hotel for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Great food and reasonably priced drinks.

A great mixture of old world and modern facilities. The staff are brilliant. Friendly and happy to help.

There's nothing that l didn't like. Just a warning for those who may have trouble walking up hill, there's quite a steep hill to reach the front door.

Great hotel, will stay again

Lovely hotel close to the historic centre of the town. Nice views from the balcony as it sits on a bit of a hill. We had breakfast included which had something to please all. Staff are friendly and the facilities are great.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Exceptional

GHT Neptuno was just PERFECT Perfect location (super close to the beautiful streets of Tossa and to the monuments) Perfect room (cozy and clean) Perfect staff (very friendly and helpful, speak perfect English and mega warm people) Perfect breakfast (so many options and the food was amazing) There was also a live music band on Saturday down in the restaurant Perfect value for money

Nothing at all Would definitely recommend it and stay there again
