Muito boa!

Gostei da estética do ambiente, da água do chuveiro e também da qualidade do colchão. Adorei a moça do café, a Mirela, muito simpática!

Não gostei da instalação elétrica ser de 220v, pois dependendo da voltagem suportada pelos aparelhos, não dá pra passar roupa e nem usar secador de cabelo no quarto, e na área disponível para passar roupas, possui apenas 1 ferro e 1 secador de cabelo, sendo assim, dependendo da necessidade dos hóspedes, não é possível suprir a demanda em tempo hábil. A descarga da privada é muito fraca.

Hotel parou no tempo, sob todos os aspectos!

Atendimento dos funcionários, que na medida do possível fizeram sua parte, mas visivelmente sem qualquer treinamento ou preparo.

De tudo. O hotel é velho, mobiliário velho, rouparia desgastada, decadente, conservação precária de tudo. Me senti como se estivesse numa pensão barata de rodoviária, de última categoria. Ao meu sentir não se pode confundir hotel de valor histórico com hotel precário, sem manutenção e decadente.

Hotel muito bom

É um hotel muito bom, enormeeee, estilo retrô, bem retrô mesmo, parece que voltei no tempo. Tudo bastante conservado e bem cuidado. É bem no centro, perto de tudo, inclusive do parque, dá pra ir a pé. Quarto bem quentinho, cama grande e agradável. Ducha ótima. Café da manhã pede a parte e aguarda ficar pronto. Tem garagem, mas deixei na rua mesmo. Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos.

A porta do quarto estava com dificuldade de abrir, sendo necessário insistir várias vezes. No banheiro tem cortina de plástico, molha o banheiro. Disponibilizaram um berço de madeira (tipo retrô também), porém eu particularmente não gosto pois acho que pode machucar o bebê, prefiro o berço portátil com tela.

funcionários muito educados e prontos para ajudar nós hóspedes; o hotel é lindo e tem muitas coisas que remetem aos hotéis de antigamente, há várias opções para se divertir, jogos, piscinas…eu e minha família amamos demais!!!

Clima de nostalgia!

Localização excelente! Quarto amplo e limpo, cama super confortável! Café da manhã muito bem servido. O serviço do bar é ótimo, e o karaokê muito bom. Adorei e vou voltar com certeza.

Gostamos de tudo. Ótimo custoXbenefício.

outstanding value in historic hotel

quirky historic hotel with many parts that were in the original state. Not for everyone, as it the hotel was built in 1894, but we loved it. excellent (new) beds, antique but functioning spa facilities the steam room, sauna and swimming pool are heated with a huge wood burning stove! friendly staff. good breakfast. room with a large bed (at least 160 cm) and a single bed in an adjourning room.

it didn’t bother us, but others might have issues with creaky wooden floors and faded paint

Excellent hotel in a wonderful city

Superb location, hefty breakfast, fast wi-fi and very friendly staff. Iconic hotel full of history and plenty of activities for guests of every age. Best value for money!

Breakfast is very good. The Location is supern. The staff is excelent.

The matress was not comfortable. The bathroom needs retrofitting. The construction is very beautiful, but, needs extensive maintebance job.

it’s a different lodging, in a place set at 1892, very big, with all furniture from that time.

it was all good. people need to know that it is not a regular place, it’s a historical hotel that takes care to continue being as close as it was when founded as possible.

It’s purely history, you spend a good time seeing old photos, the furniture, some old (writing style) warning advices and rules. So, you have the opportunity of go off-line for a while and try a immersion in past.
